Went here for Valentines Day Dinner. Server was great. All of the staff are courteous and friendly.The food and atmosphere are ok. Kind of noisy when the restaurant is full. The biggest downer was, the price of the Valentine meal. There was a preprinted menu with a few choices that we could make. For two adults without additional alcoholic beverages, it came with 1 glass of champagne, was $65 per person. I just don’t think the value for the meal was worth it. I feel The Melting charges too much. I think the only way to eat here is when they have a “special” going on.read more

If I could give anything lower then one star I would. This place I have been to many times for special occasion this time for Valentine’s Day the owner cancelled our reservations without telling us!We got there early to sit down and got told we don’t have reservations anymore. The owner did not even try to accommodate us when we showed him our confirmation email that we had reservations. We made them a good month in advance. It was terrible service all around would never go back here again.read more

I went to the melting pot in Cooper city Florida last night. It was my first time and it was a good experience.The only drawback is that I was tired and wanted to leave. The waiter stated that he could not close out the tab until everyone was done eating and all Fondue entrees were served. Which meant I stayed another 1 hour to wait till they closed out the whole table.! Otherwise, the people were friendly , offered a pleasant smile and the manager came to check in to see if everyone was ok with their food.read more

Loved the experience. Went for a date with my husband and we both enjoyed it. You do cook your own food which was fun.We did the 4 course meal for 2 and there was plenty of food for both of us. Our favorite part of the meal was the chocolate fondue at the end. We made it really romantic. It is very pricey though we paid $133 for 2 people. It would be fun to just go and enjoy the chocolate fondue as a couple as well though.read more

Great romantic atmosphere to go to on a date when you are both young and looking to be cute.I'd say it would be perfect for high school dates adn college dates but it is pretty pricey. Portions were small and it took a pain staking amount of time to cook the food, though with the sauces it tasted good. If you are hungry do not go there. Good place to go and kill time and talkread more
