I have placed two orders now with the company. The first order I placed I just had standard shipping,nothing special. After what seemed like forever I messaged the company and they apologized for the delay, I received forty dollars worth of points, and my package arrived in the next three days or so. The items I ordered were wonderful. I placed an order on November 28th which would make my second order. Received an email the day before I was expecting the package to come in saying it wasn't shipped yet and would ship asap and I recieved points. Then either later the same day or the next day received an email saying that it hadn't been processed yet but would be processed and shipped ASAP and they would bump it to priority 2-4 day shipping. Since all of that it was suppose to be here the twelve or fourteenth and when I checked tracking won't even be here until the 16th of this month. Really hoping these products are worth waiting this long to receive. At some point the points aren't going to make up for me not getting what I ordered in a timely manner. Definetly don't pay for faster shipping you'll be wasting your money. I will say the only pleasant thing about all of the mess I've gone through is the people are very easy to work with and super friendly and they have expressed how sorry they are.

I ordered on the 13th of october. They guaranteed it would be shipped within 3 days.It is now the 22nd of October and its still "processing". This company STOLE my money and thinks 2.50 dollars worth of memepoints makes up fpr 50 dollars of merchandise i am NOT seeing. Ill just use Amazon. Memebox is a joke of a company and I officially would WARN my friends against them.

Prices are fine and quality is fair on products. But all that goes out the window when you factor in shipping.Got 2-4 day shipping? You might get you box in three weeks. Got 5-8 day shipping? Good luck.

I ordered with priority shipping 2-14 days and it has been a week but my order is still "processing".The stuff I ordered from them are the same price on amazon and/or Ebay... except for I know with emazon prime I would have received the order 3 days ago!
SO disappointed with their shipping speed.
We will see how the products' quality come out.

This company is unstable; They went from offering international shipping to temporarily close it.They made it available again for a long period, but stopped to ship internationally again (aside from US, Korea and China). Their reason was because they wanted to improve their customer service and other things in general. However, many felt betrayed that the company dismissed international customers after they expanded successfully in USA, which is true since they supported the company a lot.
Although I never had the chance to order items from them by international shipping (since I live in Europe), I did use Memebox to order stuff as presents for my friend in US.
Memebox offers a lot of good deals, including their own brand but the problem is 1/4 of their section is overpriced
(e.g. Etude House Pore Toner is retailed 28$ and they made a ''discount'' for 25$. However on other shops you can easily find it for 17$ and they don't even market it as discounted price).
The only reason I bought from Memebox was because their location is an advantage for US customers, they are based in San Francisco. I wanted a quick delivery with cheap shipping (Over 30$ is free shipping, which is a plus) and my friend received the parcel within 5 days.
Their package is pretty cute, being all pink and they often have discounted events. In fact Memebox always give discounts to US customers but barely for inernational customers when they still offered shipping to them.
One thing I had to point out is the confusion of the recipient's name. Although the recipient's name was correct on the pack, they notificated me on my name which made me confused. I had to contact them to make sure nothing went wrong. Fortunately they replied quickly but they seem to slack a bit considering they. shut off the international customers (Yes, I'm blatantly offended by that)
