Terrible!!!! I will not ever go back. Lowe’s is the helpful place I want to be. We were looking to buy a fence and new flooring for the living room.Well, We didn’t make it 10 feet past the door before someone came flying over demanding we mask up. That if we didn’t have one. We could visit the customer service desk and buy one or leave. Seriously, Lol ..we have no gov mask mandate in our city and literally no other store here requires them. They won’t get another cent from me.

Rude treatment and chased out of Menards

We were treated very badly by the employees in the Plover, Wisconsin, Menard's store this evening and will not go back.In spite of the state Supreme Court declaring the governor's mask mandate illegal, and it being a violation of the federal Civil Rights Act to bar someone from entering and doing business in a store that is open to the public, we were harassed and chased out of the store for not wearing masks. We will never do business with Menards again.

Do not shop at Menards! I ordered 7 prehung interior doors then three weeks later received a phone call telling me that they arrived and are so badly damaged they need to reorder,so another three weeks go by and the second set comes in again damaged, but I’m told to come in and look maybe I can accept with a price adjustment, so I look at the doors, I cannot believe they are shipped with hardly any protection. I agree to take some of them with a price adjustment, then they get delivered a week later and they are damaged! So they finally picked them up and I go in to get a refund on my credit card they won’t refund the full amount! Because the second order was made when they had a 11% rebate (which is nothing more than a store credit) they would only refund minus the 11%! I told them I don’t want the store credit still wouldn’t do it, I will never shop at Menards again it’s the Walmart of home improvement stores.

I placed an online order for 8 items. They only had 7 items in stock. They shipped me 7 items and refunded the purchase price of the 8th item,$15.91, but refused to refund the shipping charges on the 8th item!! The shipping charge was $12.76!! Wow!

Placed an order for a cove shower surround, complete with base on March 1st with the understanding that it would be at the store (Paducah ) between March 16/19. It has been sitting at the distribution Center in Plano, Il since March 17th. I sent an inquiry on March 19th. In response, I was told that it was ready to ship, and would be at Menards, in Paducah in 1-3 days. So far, nothing!! I have sent 2 inquires since, with no response. No matter how this turns out, I will NEVER spend another cent at menards! Period!

Store Barboursville ,West Virginia , been to store three times , purchased assortment of plumbing supplies and pipe ,went back twice to return a few unused parts , lady in return did not know one thing about any of the parts , was rude , said they didn’t come from store and I had receipt and tags on parts , she was rudest and most mouthy women ever , couldn’t shut her mouth and had the last word on everything.
