My experience was not bad per say. I cannot rate the quality of their products because I never received mine.15 days from the date I originally ordered the package still wasn't en route, so I feared the worst. I contacted their customer service and they got back to me relatively quickly, explaining what happened with my order and offering me a refund or a store credit. Refund was successfully processed the next day. What these reviews say about their shipping problems seems to be accurate, but at least in my experience, the customer service was excellent.

I am very displeased with this company. Minutes after ordering a duplicate tee shirt I sent a email explaing ordered duplicate in error.I received a email back telling me they would look into it. After 2 days of emailing them I was told order was not cancelled. After jumping thru hoops by sending picture of order,copy of receipt from post office and paying $8.00 to return I have yet to receive my refund. I started this in March. Would not recommend this company to your enemy's. Gonna place a complaint with the BBB. After checking the reports for Merchbar at BBB there are alot of complaints about Merchbar. No surprise to me. Do yourself a favor and dont order anything from them!!! Nan Wagner

Placed a pre-order for a limited lp almost 3 months ago, then yesterday get a cancellation notice as "can't be fulfilled".Item is now sold out everywhere and 3x as much second hand. DO NOT PRE-ORDER ANYTHING from this place if you actually want to receive it.
