I have been buying my reloading supplies and gun parts from Midway USA for over 30 years.In fact last night one of the very first items I ever bought from them broke. It was a reloading press. Lee said it could not be repaired but Midway looked up the repair parts right away and shipped them out the same day. They did not try to sell me a new press. I think they're integrity is great and if you learn how to use the system and open an account, it can be pleasant experience for you too.read more

I have ordered from MidwayUSA at six times and have never had any of the shipping issues others experienced.I feel for those who have bad experiences, but I have gotten exactly what I ordered, got it within 3-5 days and it always comes to the correct address. Whether ammo, parts or gunsmith tools it all has been as advertised. The problem I see is MidwayUSA is out of stock on ammo & firearms constantly, but at least they seem to not oversell, charge you & then say it'll arrive in months (OpticsPlanet). I've received free shipping during their promotions, but I want free shipping anytime I spend over $49-50.read more

Seen a lot of bad reviews wish I would have seen this before hand. If you get a call from a out of state number looks like a spam.Why don't they email before hand right well if you get something wrong on your mailing address etc well might as well wait a month and have to hassle with your bank with proof ordered from them messed up my address with the CR instead of country road they charged me twice. I just about thought this was a scam. Trust me don't be a fool theirs other ways to get what you need these days and midway usa is a 4 way road with no direction well said in your business name.read more

Started with a rep Danielle who was great customer service and tried to find plenty of options for my return/exchange.She then transferred to “escalations” who further escalated. Completely unprofessional and when asked for a supervisor she stated i would not be talking to anyone else today. I was simply trying to find a solution for my order and she completely ruined the experience.read more

Midway does not have customer service. They don’t care one bit about the customer.There commercials on the Outdoor channel make me sick.
I ordered a Fanny pack from them, they shipped it to a different address. Not a typo a different customer.

i ordered a red dot from midway that was broken so i sent it back for a refund. My account went negative which never happens.midway could not refund my money because i didnt have money in my account. They sent me a broken product and on top of that couldnt refund my money when i needed it the most. i will never buy from this company again. im sure they dont care but if i can prevent people from buying from them at least i helped someone out other than what this company will do for you. they just kept trying to charge my account to verify i had money in it and because i didnt they wouldnt refund my money. they offered a gift card but i dont want to buy from a company that sends you broken product. you already have to order it, wait to get it, find out it is broken, send it back, and have them tell you they cant refund your money. crappy company. on the phone with scott and some clueless woman i got no answer but this is just how it works.read more

My boyfriend ordered a single stage black trigger on express shipping and he received targets and a shell holder !Kelly from customer service is very rude. She hung up in his face and was no help at all. We had to talk to a manger to get at least our shipping free. Horrible customer service. Unless you want the wrong parts and a rude customer service lady that hangs up in your face !read more
