We absolutely loved both the product and the service of Modular Closets. The closet system we ordered was well manufactured and solid,and the instructions for installation were clear. When I accidentally put a longer screw through the face of one of my drawers, their customer service was generous to send us 2 additional faces for free! We were so appreciative of how they worked with us and helped us to get the best deal. Our closet looks amazing now.

We had a great experience with Modular Closets. Ian was wonderful with helping design the two closets,and made all the modifications we asked for cheerfully and promptly. We needed some additional parts sent after we put everything together and the follow up, customer service and communication was great!

I found Modular Closets by watching a vlogger named, LGQueen on YouTube. Check out her pantry video,it will give you amazing ideas and inspiration for any size pantry with the Modular Closet company. ( I’m not affiliated with the vlogger in anyway, only appreciation for her content with Modular Closets). My #1 goal was to turn a small coat closet into a Instagram worthy food panty. I immediately contacted Modular Closets and a male designer started my project. Unfortunately, I’m not quite sure what happened during COVID, but my designer couldn’t be reached, ( via phone or emails). I waited for 7 days+. Finally, I called back Eastern time (I’m in CA) and was transferred to a fabulous, spunky, comical, knows-what-she’s-doing, designer woman, by the name of Brenda. I told Brenda I was frustrated that I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and she immediately set my mind at ease. She assured me she would be with me every step of the way, and she meant it! Brenda quickly viewed the LGQueen pantry YouTube video that I raved about and designed the exact closet (all while I was driving). By the time I pulled into my driveway….I had my long awaited dream panty completely designed, paid in full, a photo of it emailed to me, and ready to be shipped to my address ( 7-10 days) all within 10 mins! That’s what I’m talking about! KUDOS TO DESIGNER, BRENDA S. AND MODULAR CLOSETS! Be sure to Ask for Brenda S., she has A++ Customer Service Skills and can create anything you desire!! Cynthia S. I'm a fussy lady who likes nice things and i like quality for my $$. This experience with Modular Closets met my high expectations.My husband likes a product that has good instructions, all the needed parts, holes drilled correctly and no surprises. He actually enjoyed putting sections together with a little help from our 6 year old grandson. It was scary online ordering but many good reviews and the short timeline to having product delivered were selling points. It all went smoothly and we are enjoying our new fabulous walk-in closet.

We chose Modular Closets to help re-design our master bedroom closet and could not have been happier with the results.After submitting my email address I was reached out to by Scott from MC. All I had to do was send the measurements and what I was looking for and Scott sent us mock 3D designs almost immediately. We went back and forth quite a bit with design tweaks and Scott was always prompt and very professional. We chose to have a contractor install our closet system after ordering and it turned out amazing. Great quality for the price and it looks phenomenal. Would highly recommend.

I love Modular Closets not only for the look really for the customer service. Couple of pieces were incidentally damaged in transport.I contacted my designer and they were sent out right away. This is the second time I built out the inside of a closet with them. I will continue to use them does it help friends build out their closets as well
