The product resulted in a severe skin…

Reviewed on 2021-05-15T01:37:34

The product resulted in a severe skin rash. They explicitly state in their return policy they willissue a refund if you are "dissatisfied for any reason." I've been trying to reach them for months and have yet to get a single response back. Completely unprofessional.

Patented Product and Unfair Pricing

Reviewed on 2021-05-02T02:05:40

My Review will cover all aspects of using this product for the past 3 years. When I started using this product it seemed to help my acne. However in time, my acne started coming back and I realized it wasn't actually their product helping my breakouts it was simply that I wasn't stripping and drying out my skin. Now, 3 years into using it I still break out. Additionally, they advertise it as helping with BO which I can assure you is not true. I didn't realize this until I had had family members and a close friend call me out on it. Lastly, this product is simply one type of bacteria where a true skin microbiome may contain hundreds or even thousands of types of bacteria. They are literally taking one aspect of nature and selling it back to you for absurd prices. You can get a similar if not better effect for your skin's microbiome by simply doing a clay or mudbath (with non-polluted healthy soil of course). The thing that ultimately left me to leave this bad review was the fact that they raised the price 40% for no reason. The formula didn't change, they just designed a new label for their bottles. I could've designed their new bottle on photoshop in an hour. Doesn't justify the pricing at all. Also keep in mind that they have a patent on the AOB in the product, so if you start to rely on the product there's nothing stopping them from pricing it however they want. It's a little off-putting they were able to patent bacteria that is found naturally on skin of native people in the Amazon. It's a shame that in our world companies are patenting and selling back basic parts of nature. It's a slippery slope. I left this same review on their company website and they deleted it. I messaged them on Instagram requesting them to put my review back. They then called me and explained that they deleted my review because it goes against their company policy. I am placing this review in places that they don't control the narrative... Do not trust this company.
