Ordered OEM KTM parts online, UPS never delivered package. Made claims with UPS but could only go as far as I’m not the shipper,informed MotoSport about it. That next step should be from the shipper. UPS did their own investigation and could not locate package. MotoSport Customer Service replied at first then ghosted me. To be fair my other purchases online did arrived and were good deal. Looked somewhere and found KTM world, ordered most of the lost parts and got it. My advise for OEM KTM parts, best to go to KTM world. Priced lower than MotoSport and with EXCELLENT customer service. Night and day difference.read more

Waited a month for a part that was supposed to ship in 3 days and after waiting weeks I was told twodays before it was supposed to be available that it would be available two days from the time i received the update. Then they decided to take a vacation for 12 days with no update response etc. Then today was told it wouldn’t be available now for another three weeks. The person they call your personal account specialist offered nothing. Basically said they didn’t charge the card but they do put a hold on the amount. So they do charge your card and after telling this guy I was going to take my business elsewhere after spending thousands with them he told me good luck. Didn’t even try to salvage the relationship. So they are not customer friendly and are such a large company they will drop you like you never existed and will tell you “good luck”... like they are the only ones that have access to parts and I wouldn’t be able to obtain the part I needed. However i already have one bought that is in stock within minutes of finding out they could not get the part for weeks to come. Very disappointed after spending thousands with them!! Wouldn’t recommend dealing with them anymore.read more

Called and talked to Dan Beloit to try and get a price-match on some items. Employee "price-matched" and went $160+ over on order,then instructed to follow-up with Customer Service with any questions. Called to obtain further clarification, and was treated extremely rudely by responding customer service agent, who told me to 'just call back and speak with Dan' who wasn't going to be back in office for a few days. No further discussion to be had.read more

Just looked at a header I was going to buy now cuz covid they raised the price over 200$ more thenbefore bull$$$$ don't order I have lots of friends that I told they don't order they them hope u will make right choiceread more

It always sucks when one of your favorite stores changes for the worse. Motorsport.com has gone downhill in 2020.I have used them for over eight years, and I really don't want to anymore. Their customer service has gone downhill quickly. They do not address my problems. It takes numerous attempts to resolve an issue. Their shipping has started taking way to long. They won't let me post reviews addressing their problems. I recommend Partzilla.com!read more
Totally Useless Help with UPS Shippment Lost in Transit

Been a customer for over 12 years when I started they were great. Now when there is an issue they blow you off!!!I ordered a pair Thor Fast Boyz pants and jersey on 16 May they shipped on 19 May UPS tracking shows on 23 May they left La Vergne TN on their way to USPS in Jacksonville AR 6 hours away. Today is 27 May and UPS still shows them leaving TN!!! USPS tracking says they are still waiting for it and UPS is not showing they gave them to USPS. Repeated attempts by phone, email and chat to get Motorsport to check with UPS to put a tracker on it has been useless every rep has said they are in transit 5 days to go 400 miles. UPS told me to contact the seller (Motosport) and they refuse to do anything!!! If on the 29th there is no new tracking updates I will be contacting my bank and do a charge back and tell Motosport the money is in transit!!read more
