Mouthshut.com is the worst review website with least ethics.
If a user posts a negative review about your company,they will ask Rs 2 lakhs to 3 lakhs annually to archive/delete the critical review.
Also there is no option for the business owner to reply to the negative review unless u pay them Rs 2-3 lakhs.
Is this an ethical business practice? They are doing this since long and looting gullible business owners.read more
