I ordered some perfume from these people and a package arrived quite quickly. Unfortunately,the delivery company they use delivered it to the wrong address and it took over a week before I actually got the package home. I opened the box only to find there was no perfume in it, only polystyrene. After contacting them about this they took an unacceptable length of time to answer my email and also tried to deny they had not sent the perfume. After a lot of emails back and forth trying to prove that I hadn't received what I had ordered they eventually agreed to send a replacement. I am still waiting for the replacement after almost 6 weeks. I would avoid this useless company at all costs. They say on their web site they have outstanding customer service too. What a joke.read more

I am a fan of theieles dxceptions perf colection and normally buy in Harrods but its not available there
I am trying to place an order for over a week now,and it doesnt work
I have tried through various devices and nothing goes through
I emailed them no reply back,called them many times and every time they tell me they will look into issue and will email me back
And nothing until now.
And they cant place an order over the phone

Package returned on 29/12 paid £8.80 for special signed for (with it been a perfume)it was signed for on 31/12 and still no refund or refund of shipping costs which they promise. I have already reviewed them with 1* but wanted to make people aware to not use them they are honestly the worse company I have ever ordered from.read more

Why did I not check trustpilot first ? Ordered for Christmas . A week later item not even dispatched .Then emailed , no reply . Now checked website and found it closed until January. I definitely would not have ordered from this company if I had seen the 83% bad reviews . shocking companyread more

Ordered 11 days ago, item stated it was being processed on the tracking page. This was like this for 9 days,I got a little antsy, so I emailed and tried to call, to which I had no response.
On the 10th day my status said that it had been shipped then today (11th day) the item arrived by courier first class.
Just be patient. It will Arrive.read more
