I have been with emma for 3 years now and the are too expensive and their functionality was not great.Because of covid, we decided to terminate since we need to spend wisely, realised we have only 2 months left before the contract end, but they refused to let us terminate early and given the fact we have been with them and fulfiling all our payment. Strongly will not recommend them.read more

This film is beautifully photographed and acted. But like so many english films, it is difficult whatthe actors are saying much of the time; especially in this one where the characters are whispering to one another. Too bad the english are unable to solve the sound problem. I don't suppose they would stoop to including subtitles.........read more
Incredibly poor account management... avoid at all costs

I've never experienced such poor account management in my entire marketing career.As a paying customer (locked into a three year contract) I can't even say who my account manager is. I have been completely ignored in my numerous attempts to contact Emma and I'm left feeling incredibly frustrated. The system on the whole is ok but has many limitations and it is not fit for our purpose.read more

Extremely poor accounts management, had several calls during our contract that attempted to repair relationships as our account was left unsupported due to an accounts manager 'leaving'their position.
Promises were made during these calls that, months later, have not been followed up on. The only reason we are still utilising the service is simply because we've already paid for it.read more
