Very shady company. I ordered a Rescomf CPAP Cleaner and started looking at the reviews of the company and decided to cancel like 5 minutes later.There is no contact info other than email address, so I sent them an email with no response. 3 days later, I send another email and was advised that they don't support the cancellation policy but willing to cancell
it and would charge 20% cancellation fee. SHADY!!! So, i responded as such and asked them to cancel. Another 15 mins later, I get an email saying that it was shipped and there is no way to cancel.
We wouldn't have this problem if my email was addressed immediately after i had sent it or if there was a 800#.
Seriously, think twice before ordering anything from this company.read more
