If you are a domainer, there is no better platform to breath. It gives you all essential elements that can lead you to succes with domain industry.Doesn't matter you are a buyer or seller. Rules are clear and they are very positive about members when they dismiss some rules. My favourite part about the platform is the Auction section. New graduate students from business schools or other majors may practice their selling and marketing skills just by following "Sell Domains" and "Buy Domains" threads. lol So much Thanks NamePros team ! You are great ! Olcayto, NameFree.net

Disgusting reply from NamePros to dox a customer!

Reviewed on 2021-01-07T01:04:07

Final update (2): Stop replying/editing your review, NamePros. It's hitting my inbox each time you doas a new reply and it's starting to get quite annoying especially when I'm trying to unwind after a long day. I have spoken my truth and down voted you back to one star as you openly state you're willing to dox any person on your platform which should be disturbing to everyone and I hope that you have an update to your privacy policy to release such information, but as I am no longer a member, I could not sensibly agree to the updated terms anyway. So please, release Chuck Taylor's information so that I can go after you instead. Would you stop editing your comment if I made it 2 stars again? Please and thank you. Final update (unless NamePros shocks me again): I have my refund and I moved it up to 2 stars after their first reply because that's all I cared about. I may have gotten the times and dates wrong as well, but, it was as accurate as possible when I left the review. However, I have now moved it down to 1-star, as negative 5 is not an option, as you would put out personal identifying information of another person using my name. That is pretty disgraceful and a shame that any entity would do such a thing, whether they felt the person was a danger or not as if you truly felt this person posing as me, or merely using an alias the same as my name on the evidence shown to Trustpilot, was a danger you would seek the attention of law enforcement and privately handle the civil matter. Now, it looks like you have become your own worst enemy, a harasser, by doxing them and getting others to do your bidding for you. I would have left it as a two-star review, but after a reply that you would publicize someone's information for a review, a review on Trustpilot, astounds me. You deserve negative 5-stars as you've shown yourself to be not trustworthy to handle anyone's personal identifying information because if you did it once, you have shown your true colors that you don't mind doing it or allowing others to do it on your behalf and host the information publicly. Disgusting reply and even more disgusting action. If "Chuck Taylor" wants any legal help, get in contact with me and I have a hundred dollars I can give in defense/offense of this material being published by NamePros as this is despicable and the first I would ever encounter a company publicizing or allowing the publication of a user's identity against their will. I'd even leave a review with your real name as 1-star for hosting your public information as 1-star seems to displease them, as that is what they would deserve and you would have all the proof that they violated your privacy as a customer. --------- NamePros creates arbitrary rules and then immediately punishes you based upon them while letting others "break" them, even as a paying member. They instantly take action and ban your account but will not issue refunds in the same manner, even if it has been less than 24 hours. Still awaiting a refund. If I ever get it. Update: The merchant only refunded after seeing this review. Do not believe what the merchant has said as this review has been verified meaning that Trustpilot has reviewed both the payment and the refund to clearly see timestamps of when it was requested and refunded. Furthermore, if this is a fake account and review, there would be no way for NamePros to identify it as Trustpilot does not share any information with the merchant, tearing at the very fabric of their rebuttal. Update 2: I have no idea what NamePros is alluding to with these wild allegations, but I have updated my review to 2 stars for promptly making a refund after it went public on Trustpilot so they do have some moral compass (not enough with the other misleading information, but the $15 is all I care about).
