Unfortunately my belt cable broke, the lightning end snapped off. I got a replacement from Native Union in super quick time,just had to send a photo of the broken part. Very impressive customer service, absolutely no quibbling and good on there promise of warranty.replacement cable received in 5 days which in my opinion is incredibly good.read more

This is a review for the Native Union drop wireless charger. I purchased the charger at an Apple Store while on vacation in February 2020 when I forgot mine at home.It never quite seemed to give my iPhone a full charge after a full evening of charging if not outright stopping to charge less than 5 minutes later.
Quite frankly, the only reason it gets used is because it’s the better looking wireless charger. So, every so often, I plug it back in and put it on my nightstand and hope that I’ll have better results. All evening I have been smelling burned plastic but could not find the source. As I was about to charge my phone for the evening the culprit was found. The charging platform was too hot to even touch. And when I unplugged the USB cable from the charging disk it was clear that I got to it not long before it could have very easily started a fire. The plastic at the USB-C end of the cord was equally hot and covered in melted plastic.
This is one of multiple Native Union products I’ve purchased throughout the years from many different retailers that stock your products. That said, not one of those has ever made it to over a year of use. I’m willing to be somewhat flexible on the longevity of the lifecycle of your products in exchange for charging devices that look nice in my home. A trade off thats become somewhat of a joke between my friend group when talking about Native Union products. However, I am not flexible when your products are a potential fire hazard.read more

I recently had a charging cord break. The connecting tip for the iPhone port broke from the head of the cord.Overall my experience working with the team was positive. I wrote to them and explained that the cord was received as a gift, and therefore I did not have a receipt or a proof of purchase. They responded quickly, and did send me a replacement outside of the warranty. That's the part I'm happy about. I am however, a bit disappointed that they aren't able to register my product under warranty, because I received it as a gift and thus don't have proof of purchase or the receipt.
I am left without a warranty on the product, so I'm hoping it doesn't happen again, or at least not for a while.read more

Native Union is the best for Apple charge cables. Our family favourite is the extended extra long 10 ft cable.They have loads of colours to choose from so that each family member can identify their own personal cord. Native Union has an excellent warranty on their products and stands behind each of them ? percent. We buy all of our charge cables here. And if we have any issues, customer service zen team is always ready to respond and support.read more
