Used Nero for a long time, was good until now. Have Nero 7 ultra edition, haven't used in some time.but movies on my hard drive are filling too fast, so wanted to used Nero Recode to make files smaller, all movies to 1.1GB. Have a new desktop. an't install, and sent several emails to customer service, no answer. When I finally did get someone online, the told m,e to buy the new version!! no help at all, will use handbrake, Filmora and Format Factory. All these people do is make a software tool look good, and then leave you with unworkable programs. Also, pretty pricey for a year when there is a great chance it will fail and knowing you won't get any help!!

I purchased a copy of Nero Burning ROM 2019. I have not used it for a while and now I find that it will not duplicate a dvd.It implies that there is a limit to the number of operations this program will allow. Like others I tried the activation code that came with the purchase and it will not recognize it.

I have the preview version of nero platinum, I have to login to my account since the last update which is annoying and not wanted.Sent many emails to their CS and NO ANSWER. I will never buy one of their products never again.

Nero Premium Suite 2021

I've used Nero for years.
They offered the 2021 Premium Suite $56.95 then another email at $44 (after I'd purchased it at $56.95).
It doesn't work.What I have is a trial version that expires after opening it 3 times.
The FREE USB hasn't turned up yet either.
Now on reading more it seems I would only have subscribed to the program for 1 year.
I thought I purchased the full version.
Great reward for loyalty.

Nero Install didn't open the Firewall

I've used Nero products for many years. Dealing with them gets more complex as they now use a reseller so you're never quite sure how to contact them with a problem.The products are generally good. The problem I just had with Nero 2021 is that the Installer didn't open the firewall to allow some of the Nero products to work and it didn't tell me that. I guessed that was the problem and fixed it. A very poor show, Nero, to not get that right.

Nero Backitup 2020 has a major "Software Bug" as I have found out using Windows 10.The Backup Runs fine but I get an Error Message saying that the Path is too Long and BackitUp goes into Pending Mode. So this means I have to Delete my Backup and Create a New Backup in order to make a New Backup. For 2 weeks I have been waiting for a response from Nero and not a word. DO NOT BUY NERO BACKITUP 2020. My Nero BackitUp 2012 works fine on my Windows 7 Computer for the past 7 years.
