There were two problems: the first, that I have 2 weatherstations and it was not possible to have both results on one computerscreen at the same time.Netatmo (Sasha) helped me with the solution. Add a guest in your system which is the second account. Problem solved. The next problem was an extraordinary power consumption of the outside unit. Giving some information about batteries and usefull time as well as an measurement by netatmo resulted in a replacement for free. Now waiting for the shop who will do that. I am very satisfied.

Netatmo room thermostat…

I purchased a Netatmo room thermostat about 2 years ago but only installed it 2 weeks ago.
The display was faint and difficult to read.I emailed Netatmo about the problem and their representative,Daegil, replied. He was extremely professional and helpful and dealt with my problem by kindly providing a replacement for the defective unit.
First class service.

Cheap plastic teeth hold on $70 thermostats -they they break they claim it's the users fault for kicking them or the heating system is 'too hot'or leaky. What rubbish. ALL OTHER thermostats will work but not Netatmo - I've had 3 fail in 20 radiators. ZERO failed when they were 'old fashioned' (Non Netatmo) thermostats. Direct from Juan at support:

So Juan is psychic? He can make an instant decision based on no facts? I have over $5k of Netatmo products dating back to before they were anybody - now they just don't care - AVOID.

I had a question about my weather station that I couldn’t find the answer anywhere.So I just sent them an email and asked and after a couple of days I got a reply in nice tone explaining what I had been asking about. No hassle - just nice and polite answer. I like that.
