Incompetent Arrogance - Choose Another Provider

Moving to Cologne I took over an apartment and to make things easy I Agreed to take over the Existing contract ...MY MISTAKE !!!!
Went to the Local NetCologne shop and initially staff was friendly but after signing the hand over formular with the previous owner we got really rude and arrogant handling in the shop asking to come back later when the gentlemen that helped us the first time would be back on job ....
The existing service broke down and after 3 days, an engineer was to show up between 1500 -1800, Friday afternoon. The person never showed up !!
After a LENGTHY wait in customer service we were promised they would find a engineer to come and fix the issue and they never got a call back from them ,, waited an hour .. Called again ... waited another 25 min to get through only to be told that the Technician would come on Monday!!! Very efficient in the Work @ Home Times

Now, for the new contract, the shop took all my details including Copy of ID..
8 days later they send an email that they needed my ID !!! Which I supplied again!
After two weeks still not clue when they are going to offer their services..
Im going to cancel the unfulfilled new contract and Find another Provider - Going to TELEKOM tomorrow to get 5G Internet as this seems faster and undoubtedly better than what NetCologne offers from delivery point of view and will need it anyway as backup for the crappy NetCologne service.
Do yourself a Favour - Find another provider !!!read more

Unprecedented Arrogance!!! TERRIBLE!
The contract out of which we wanted to get out for 8 months (were patiently waiting for that sweet moment of freedom from the terrible internet quality)was extended without our consent! The staff was reluctant to react or admit that their forgery was just unacceptable! They just hung up. It took hours of phone calls and series of e-mails to try to clarify that. They're playing dirty, stay away.read more

This is one of the weird internet companies I made contracts with. I paid them 21 euro monthly for 6 six months and 28 euro for 18 months.Every month I paid 3 euro as a "rent for a modem" which cost approx 80 euro. So they took from me 72 euro in the end. After the contract termination they asked me to return the modem! This the first time I hear a modem rent like it was a car!!! ? I though they will only ask me to pay the difference and keep the modem. Also they have a bad service. And thier prices are to high. 25 Mbps for 28 euro! With this price you can purchase 50 Mbps in other companies.read more

Criminals, bad internet and incompetent staff. While I lived in Germany i lost internet connection several times and waited for hours in their hotline and over a month to have it fixed at some point.I moved to Denmark last August - and resigned my contract since have they sent me bills per post which I refused to pay - ended up having to pay €94 euro as I decided i just want out of it - after i paid the agreed amount i get another bill of €84 - STAY AWAYread more

I need a ZERO star rating. I am using my phone as a hotspot to post this, as Netcologne is just not connecting.Constantöy "looking for networks", despite everything being in order. This is the story of my life. Cannot wait until the contract expires. Useless, slow, bad service, I can rant non-stop. they are just not worth it. And this is Germany?!!?? Rude conduct of the employee of Neusserstr. 237 shop. Interrupting us countless times and kicked us out of the shop when asked him to stop doing it.Also destroyed the two documents signed till that moment.
Of course the after asking him more than 5 times to stop interrupting to hear and understand what we want my wife raised her voice.
All this story after paying around 75 euro/ month for more than 6 years.
To say nothing about unsolved technical issues.read more
