The worst company I've ever dealth. Took well over a month and countless phonecalls to get a refund (even though I just wanted to exchange for a smaller size).They lied each and everytime. One said UPS showed the item is on it's way, I said that's a LIE, UPS tracking shows you recieved it 3 weeks ago then she hung up. Everytime you call you're on hold forever. Everytime I was told someone would call back but they don't. Finally when I've had enough I was told "it's been escalated" and that it would take another 10 business days to my refund! W*F! Give me my God d*mn Refund!!

I cant put zero or I would. Pathetic company on every level from order fulfillment to customer service.Do not attempt two day shipping they will get it to you when they feel like it. No cleats now for my son for tourney game Friday. Much appreciated new balance. Won't see a dime from us again I promise ya that. Sad company.

The online experience - when one of the pairs of trainers is not delivered. Then you are left to chaseto try and understand from broken exchanges with customer support as to what has actually happened.
So far they seem to blame the delivery company.
Truly, terrible experience.

Bought their higher end tennis shoe for playing tennis. Out sole has a six month warrantee.I wear mine out in four months and submitted a customer service request with pictures in March. It is now May and I just got a mssg that they don't have enough pictures and want an explanation. They act as if they will not honor the warrantee that was priced into the shoes. I got much better service at Tennis Warehouse.

New Balance is possibly the worst large organisation I have ever dealt with. You have no sense of customer service and are happy to change the goalposts to suit yourself when your product fails.Hang your heads in shame, I will never ever be back. Be careful consumers, they are terrible.

I purchased a NB Heatloft Jacket about 6 months ago from New Balance Canada. They kept requesting me to right a review so when I finally made the effort to write an honest and thoughtful evaluation,I noticed that it never got published on their website. I stated that although I loved the warmth, comfort and style of the jacket, that it didn't wash well. The jacket is covered with lint from the inside filling after every wash (even if washed separately). When you remove the lint, it pulls out more threads/filling from inside so I assume that eventually the jacket will become thinner and no longer retain heat after many washes. It's disconcerting (and I believe people should know) that they may not publish a review that states anything negative about the product since many people (including myself) rely on these reviews to aid in our purchase decisions.

I needed 4E super wide trainers and Aisc Nimbus are very hard to get so I bought New Balance in 2E.They fit great, feel very confortable, but inside they look like they have memory foam like skechers. This means you know you can't run it them, because the impaction just doesn't give you any give in the legs. I had issues immediately if I ran in them with stability and bounce. I did my calf in and rested it for weeks, but the issue occurred again. I never had this issue with Aiscs. So I've had to change to Hoka because they are the only 4E shoe that I can find on the market, and they have serious bounce and width. The New Balance are very stylist looking but they are as bad as Skechers. Skechers are known to be a danger to old people, and I've used them before also, very poor. Read dangers to older people online. Saying that, New Balance are not a bad walking shoe, also not bad for light use so I'd still recommend them for that.
