We've been a Nexcess client for more than 7 years. Overall I think they are the best Magento hosting company around.The main reason we've stayed so longer is their customer support. Most of the support is really good, while guys like Abe K. always go above and beyond to fix any issues that arise.
Magento 2 is still riddled with bugs, so I wouldn't even try a hosting company that doesn't have a long experience in supporting it.

As far as web hosting goes this is the worst experience ever. Sorry to say that support is useless.Tickets do not get answered and when you finally do get a reply after having to make contact by other means just to get them to look at your ticket the solutions are not even valid. When you post another response you end up waiting days for another reply!
I can not recommend this company to anyone who wishes to run a successful online store, if you hit any issues at all you will be totally on your own.
What I find funny is it seems they spend more time replying to reviews on here than they do to their support tickets!
My support ticket LJWY-0791 was opened 11 days ago! Still no solution to offloading backups to FTP or S3, I was advised to install WPVivid this plugin also fails, reported this 2 days ago and still no response.
Chat doesn't connect to agent when you need them, support telephone connects puts you in a que then drops the call after 20+ minutes.
Nexcess needs to sort their s*** out.read more

My 1 star review is because I have yet to get a site successfully migrated over without issues.The support responses are not helpful and act like the problems are yours rather than theirs. (even though everything was fine on the other host)
They claim you get first level support, but at all times, chat has been moved to 2nd tier even though sales said that wouldn't happen. My site has been down all day with errors!
The portal still hasn't recognized my DNS properly and work-arounds have to be used. Which makes me suspect on why things don't work properly. :(read more

Arlie was an amazing service tech to work with, helped me solve my issue in rapid time and then tooka look at my other SSLs with me and helped me get them fixed and optimized (I didn't even know we had issues).
I would add one thing that isn't a reflection on Arlie, but I had to call in because I had gone nearly 20 hours with no response via email, that response time might still be inside of the SLA window but would hope that emailed tickets would get addressed faster.read more

I would highly recommend Nexcess as your hosting supplier. I had an issue with a major hosting and Imove the website in 2 hrs over to Nexcess and Jaquan Williams helped me solve a WordPress server error and he was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable about Nexcess and WordPress on solving issue I had. Very, Very please with Jaquan support.

We've finally found the right home to host our Magento Store and grow! Advertising you support Magento is one thing,proving it is another! Hands down best possible experience from the initial Sales call to Migration. Encountered several issues along the way. All staff were exceptional. One specific tech Arlie Rugg went above and beyond and truly saved the migration. We were mid stride - crashed and burned struggling to isolate and trouble shoot the issues related to upgrading from M 2.3.4 to 2.4. Absolute Rock Star for T1.
