Non-existent communication

I placed an order at the beginning of April, received one of four items in the time stated,but the other items never arrived. I received no communication at all about my order from Next after the initial order confirmation, and had to use their online chat service four times to get updates on the delivery. After two weeks I was told that one item was no longer available and got a refund, but had to wait another two weeks before I found out that the remaining items were also not available. They refunded in full, but without telling me what was going on! So frustrating, especially as I had ordered clothes for a specific occasion. This is not what I would expect from a company I have bought from for many years. I won't be ordering online from them any more.read more

Shocking, absolutely shocking. My partner ordered a couple of items for a wedding one of which arrived OK whilst the other just didn't arrive.On chasing it up it had apparently been lost so a replacement was sent which when delivered was the wrong item. (a green blouse as opposed to a white jacket!) Further follow up resulted in the wrong item being collected whilst an identical wrong green blouse was delivered yet again! A further phone call resulted in another attempt to (allegedly) despatch the white jacket which on the fourth time of asking was again lost in transit. The fifth attempt resulted in a manager saying he would bypass the normal system and email a specialist trouble-shooter to make sure everything went smoothly. Guess what? After numerous phone calls, failed attempts at getting through to customer services and a debacle lasting several weeks the item is out of stock whilst the wedding is now a couple of weeks away. Then to add insult a £10 voucher as compensation didn't arrive not that we would have used it in any case.... never ever again will be use, rely on or trust Next with an order. I cant give zero stars and to be fair the customer services staff did there best but failed against apparently overwhelming odds!read more

I love their selection of baby clothes and the quality is very good. Even after several washes,the clothes looks amazing. However, their shipping is rather slow but the great products and great prices make me order again :)read more

I have made 2 orders a fiew days apart. I have not received any of them. I asked them for My money back,but they will not give the money back before they have located the orders. How long will that take? I feel so cheated.read more

They used to be good before, but now the delivery takes more than a MONTH, if my order ever arrives...I ordered on 02 March, now they are promising delivery on 06 Apr (from Germany to Denmark, ridiculous!). One thing I know for sure - I will never order from them again!read more
