I am being generous with my 2 star rating. I have had several games this season ruined by malfunctionsof the replays or times when I went to the start of a game only to have the game start in the middle of the 4th quarter with the score showing. Tonight I had both situations occur on different devices.

Gamepass as a concept is very good and the content is excellent.
However the apps and website are at a standstill compared to other streaming services.They have regressed over the last 5 years, I have been a customer for longer than that and it’s clear that they changed software suppliers and chose poorly.
Each device is different and has its own bugs and issues. There’s no continuity between devices. e,g carry on where you left off.
No touch/face on iOS.
FireStick app is dreadful. Slow and buggy. Picture quality is unreliable and it’s not my wifi.
The website is glitchy, play options are limited and fewer than their used to be.
And then there is the customer service. The worst I have experience anywhere. Email is the only contact option. Days pass before they reply. Nothing gets fixed. Bland, apologetic, ignorant responses. It’s really bad.

My subscription was cancelled a couple of years ago but they still billed my Paypal account for 79,99$ in September.I wrote 10 emails of complaints, wrote to Paypal and none of them are responsive. We are now in December and still nothing !! This is outrageous !
Here is the BS emails I get :

Dictated to by sky. If they feature a game do not expect to be able to watch it and an error messagecoincidentally to appear if you try (& remember sky usually feature the bigger games or at time of this review mahomes Vs Brady...had to watch rams Vs 49ers,yawn, instead).
However if you want to watch your own team or a lesser game... it's good! FG

NFL gamepass used to be a good service especially in places with limited coverage of live NFL games.However it has gotten gradually worse over the past few seasons. I've been subscribed for several years now. When I first got it, it was as good a steaming service as was available, decent quality for the time and a clean interface with increasing device support. And Chromecast which meant you could turn any display into a device for watching football. Since then it has gradually gotten worse somehow. They fail to keep the app compatable with new devices. I had this issue waiting for years for it to be available for on Android TV or my PS4 (Xbox came along before I'm sure) and using the TV's in built chromecast for watching instead. Now I've upgraded to a ps5 they have (predictably) failed to get something ready for the launch of the most sought after item of the year despite having years to prepare for the midseason launch. I also upgraded my TV to an LG oled for the ps5 and failed to recognise that they only support older models of LGs televisions and the webOS operating system. So I purchased a 4K firestick in the promise of resolving the issue. The quality is terrible. Fire sticks are very popular and should be properly supported. They are not. I should say I have 1gbps internet and my firestick handles 4k HDR from other apps flawlessly. It's 3 feet from a good router which can easily wirelessly deliver 500mbps+ to nearby devices. Support are very little help just saying the tech team have looked into the issue and improved performance. That's a lie. The app has not been updated and the problems persist. This is an expensive service. Much more expensive than premium sports channel packages that have loads more content not to mention 4k broadcasts. It's really disappointing that as tech has improved, broadband speeds have improved and other streaming services have improved, NFL game pass has at best stayed the same in terms of optimal performance for years. In actual fact things have gotten worse as the problems listed above detail. And I haven't even yet mentioned the various mess ups in recent years such as the service being down random weeks of the season including week 1 of 2020 and the refunds they had to issue a couple of seasons back for the quality issues and the fake reviews to cover it up. I'm not sure who's to blame here but if anyone at Deltatre is reading this, you have consistently failed to provide the service you offer. If anyone at the NFL is reading this, you should seriously consider getting a new streaming partner, it's severely damaging your reputation with your most loyal customers who give you hundreds of their hard earned, insert local currency here, every year directly. You had the potential to grow your online business and brand globally and rapidly with gamepass but instead you have gotten to the point now where people are getting very angry. Just look at the average rating on this site! 5 years ago you offered something new and great for the sports fan community. Now you are overpriced garbage. Fix it now before many football fans just give up on you.

Top secret ad servers alert!

I have subscribed for quite a few years, but usually sign up for the free trial first to check everything works,as they do like to mess around with it. I did that this year and discovered I couldn't play any of the videos.
Eventually worked out this was because I use a modified hosts file to block ad servers, and someone has obviously decided that they're going to track users' behaviour.
Contacted 'support' to ask which servers I would need to allow to run to be able to view the videos, and after five attempts, having to create a new request each time because they seem incapable of reading, understanding and solving your problem first go and your replies don't reach them, I was told that they would not be able to provide any information regarding the ad servers and that I would not be able to have another free trial to test anything even though I couldn't watch anything the first time because they never resolved the problem.
So basically they're spying on you, as pretty much everyone does these days, but even if you decide that's ok, they still won't tell you which servers you need to allow, so you can't have it even if you want it. Which makes you think something suspicious is going on.
If anyone wants to see the ad servers they're using, they can be found in the source code, but my web knowledge isn't sufficient to be able to identify the ones causing the problem if blocked without trial and error, which given the service I've received I can't be bothered to do, as unsurprisingly I no longer want to give them any more money.
