Having high expectations prior to the visit I was surprised to be so satisfied. -Culinary experience was great. Not too demanding, neither to dull. Inspiring. -Atmosphere was great. -Service was excellent, number of waiters and staff roughly equaled amount of simultaneous guests. -Price- very decent, shows integrity of owners that prices are kept within reason. -Experience in total- precious.

Managed to get a lunch reservation after sufficient people cancelled. if you're studying this, you recognize what awaits you--domestically foraged substances, stellar provider, and fried moss. it is absolutely an enjoy well worth having as soon as on your existence, even though it stays to be seen what the brand new idea might be like. The food wasn't entirely best--the milk curd, clean walnuts and parsley was rather flavorless--but typical a mix of subtle, interesting flavors that performed nicely together. it is not a lot a meal as a destination in and of itself.
Too busy
The food was as expected both very special and very good. The wines were so so and not as I expected e.g. not always at perfect serving temperature. And the service was honestly too caught up in their own hipness hurrying through the course descriptions in broken english and literally running off oftentimes overhearing the questions we had. I can see how they are still a ways of the third star,,,
