Best Platform nowadays, even better than the big international competitor ;-). They deliver always on time and as promised,if required, the supports team is perfect, easy to reach out to, always responce in due time and established personal contact (these days a big plus). Customer Service is big for Noon. Products are good and well priced. My favourite shopping platform for quite some time now.

Getting a refund from Noon is Impossible

Getting a refund from Noon, UAE, is nearly impossible. I was offered a refund for a laptop which stopped working after couple of weeks after purchase.I should have received refund in 14 days and I am still waiting after 2 months. I lost count how many times I called Noon customer service and sent emails, no one responsible helps you. Worst service

I had purchased an iPhone 6 from Noon and ever since it has came, I noticed that it was very light.The quality was horrible, It lagged whenever I would switch apps and the screen would often freeze. Its battery drains disappointingly fast and at the percentage of just 20%, it gets an automatic shutdown therefore I have to limit the duration of its usage. After just half a year of using it, a part of its screen has froze and It does not work whenever I touch buttons and apps on a portion of the screen. I had to use the app library for 2 weeks because I cannot open the apps I wish to from the frozen part. Now, It has gotten worse and I cant open my phone because I am unable to click the numbers for my passcode due to the frozen portion. Since I cant get in, My Wifi is not connected therefore I cannot use Siri or even my notifications to open my Phone. I am locked out and I have tried everything I could to get in. I do not recommend buying from Noon.

Very bad customer service. I requested then to deliver the parcel on particular time for which they confirmed via email and to my surprise,I have not got my shipment still. They have an un-useful customer service department too. Who give fake promises to the customer and then won't keep on the same.
