No sign of my order, no contact from the company, no response to my emails, no one answering the phone.
Reading around,it seems many customers are having this issue.
I would not recommend using this company - you are unlikely to receive your items. I will be reporting this company to trading standards.

Nordicnest is terrible. and what some reviewers have commented are true. realised that they selling items even when they have no stock and they do not respond to my emails.worst is that it has been weeks when it was mentioned items to be shipped 2-3 weeks after order and it has been a month. it is meant as christmas gift and I think we have been conned.terrible service and over promise vendor. there have to be some regulators looking into this vendor.

Ordered a lamp. It has been more than ten days. No follow-up, no email. I called two times.Every time the answer was the package is going to come today/tomorrow. It has yet to arrive. The extra star is their customer service attitude is very nice on the phone.

Really, really, really long delivery times and much longer than stated when I made the order.
They also do not ship the entire order,until they have all items in stock. All items were estimated delivery to be 1 - 2 weeks.
Also, limited email and phone support, and long, long, long wait times on email support.

Same as other reviewers before, great products, but long wait for the delivery& not much help from customer service either.Otherwise if you happy to wait, then one day you will receive great quality products, which worth to wait for at the end.

I ordered from NordicNest without reading the reviews here because the website seems professional and like any other online store.I like the products and the price is reasonable. It took 10 days to despatch the product which was reported as in stock but this didn't bother me because COVID has delayed everyone. I got the DHL tracking code and, like other reviews, it appeared to be stuck in a DHL warehouse in Germany "prepared for onward transport" for 6 days without much more information. I checked the reviews here and then assumed the worst that it would never turn up. However, it appears this is just the final notification from the German DHL - I then got a notification from UK DHL that the product would be delivered the day after arriving in the UK. The items I ordered were small and well packaged so I can't complain about them. I will likely order from them again and I'd recommend them to others - so long as you have the patience to wait for shipping from Sweden through Germany with inconsistent shipment tracing.

I have ordered Scandinavian designed products three times. I didn’t experience any problems the first two times,but now (during Covid), I had multiple issues with the products. One item was crushed due to poor packaging (somehow the packer thought bamboo wouldn’t be damaged in transit while all the ceramic items were very well protected) and some others were flawed. They should do a quality control before shipping.
However, customer service was very responsive and apologetic, and put matters right without any quibble whatsoever. I was very happy with the outcome and will continue to use them.
I did mention to them that the photographs on their website aren’t always very good or even accurate, and they promised to look into this. The photos aren’t theirs, but there should be more of them so you can get a better idea what the item will look like in a real life setting (size, proportions, more accurate colours etc). I have sometimes tried to find photos on the internet because of this. That’s really my only gripe.
