Lost my Master Password Account Reset Easily

Lost my master password for my nord pass account, my account was reset but if you made a recovery code (something I didn't)you wouldn't have to get your vault reset, customer service was very nice and helped me through everything. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a free Password Manger

I could not sign into NordPass.

I could not sign into NordPass. I kept getting the following message: "An undefined error occurred.If it persists please contact support."
It persisted, I contacted support.
The agent that helped me out was excellent. He was knowledgeable, calm, professional, and patient with my lack of skills and knowledge. I actually clicked the wrong thing at least twice while attempting to carefully follow instructions. One of those times I deleted NordPass. You can imagine the emotional chaos that followed as I envisioned all of my passwords going poofie. At the end of the day my NordPass is up and running once again―complete with all of my passwords!

In setting up my NordPass account I registered and set up the Master, then put the Recovery Key away for safekeeping.Then before starting I wanted to check some review sites regarding the safety of Password Vaults. I found that NordPass was highly recommended. Then when I went to use it I forgot the Master I set, then also couldn't remember where I stashed the Recovery Key. I was guided by the NordPass site to request a reset. Using the Customer Service chat I was assisted almost immediately with my problem, and was reset and back up with NordPass in no time lost. Great customer service is what this company is all about.

Struggles behind proxy

In general, it's quite useful and security seems to be in focus. However, it struggles on desktop when behind a proxy.I have to disconnect LAN, switch to guest WI-FI, turn off proxy, log in and then reverse it all when I'm at work. Looking forward to a more sustainable user experience in this regard ?
If you guys are looking for new features to implement, I'd suggest an easy way to periodically rotate passwords. Not that I don't trust the vault, but it's a good preemptive feature against leaks and ZD attacks. ?
