Unfortunately there is no 'zero stars' option, otherwise they'd be getting it. Support has been consistently dreadful.Main points:
1. Very slow to respond - you can easily be waiting a week for an email response.
2. No phone option - which conveniently enables them to hide behind email.
3. Managed to send me instructions for trouble-shooting a Quest 2 when my product is actually a Rift S.
4. They don't actually think about the problem or try any proper diagnosis. They just send a long list of alleged fixes that don't necessarily bear any relation to the problem reported.
5. Their fixes are time-consuming and non-trivial: "Try re-installing Windows."
Appalling company. Will never touch their product again.

Customer service a joke, controller arrive out of the box broken. Had to dance through hoops to get through the first part of getting it replaced,then waited for shipping label, that never came, emailed them and it was "resent". I asked that they get a new controller moving our way - "they can't until they can examine this one" BTW - the new controller may be refurbished. Should have sent the entire unit back

Had my quest 2 just over a month. After the first week a white dot appeared in my left lense.I messaged them did the troubleshooting. After having to send 3 support tickets due to them sending the return information to the wrong email. Still not getting anywhere. Tbh I believe its an automated system as they are not registering any information you send them. If you have a problem with your product I suggest trying to get the replacement or refund from the retailer.

Dreadful customer service.
In the six months I've had my Quest 2 I've had nothing but issues with it connecting to my PC via Oculus Link.I've submitted about six support tickets and have had to deal with as many people: each telling me they're going to help me. I follow their advice to no avail, then get no response and have to start again with another person. My Quest 2 was replaced by the seller due to Oculus' lack of response, but I still have the problem. They're really not interested, and to have to wait for email after email over six months is so frustrating. £550 tied up in this doorstop and I can't get any help. Disgusting.

I purchased a Rift S a little over a month ago. It worked well for roughly 30 days (Amazon's return window,how convenient) then just completely broke. I didn't change anything. One day, it just stopped working. And of course, since I bought it from Amazon instead of directly from them, they refuse to help me. The only responses I get from support are generic, copy-paste troubleshooting steps which I have tried multiple times. The fact that they won't help me simply because I bought their product from a different source tells me they don't care about their customers. Given this, I don't think I'll be doing any more business with them in the future.

Being ignored by support

Trying to send back my quest 2 for warranty due to random screen damage. Support are asking me irrelevant questions and leaving me waiting 3 - 5 days between each response back from them.I can understand waiting that for the initial response, but to wait that long for every single email back during a support thread is just disrespectful.
*UPDATE: it has now been an entire week since i last heard from Oculus support. They requested images of the screen to review and said they'd het back to me. I send them as requested 7 days ago, and sent another email since. Seems like they're outright ignoring me now. I have about a month until warranty expires too so it seems deliberate. Definitely will not be purchasing an oculus product again. Bunch of d*ckheads

Been trying for 7 weeks to get a replacement for my broken Elite Strap. (Many of the early units had known quality issues).They just keep sending me the same questions I've already ansvered. Different persons reply every time and the seem to have no clue how to handle their support issues. With the unfitting copy paste ansvers I get, I'm not sure they even read and understand what I'm writing and what is the status of the matter.
I'm really getting to the frustration level where I don't care anymore and will never buy a Oculus product again knowing how they handle their support to customers.
