I've lost 1700 USD with OneTwoTrip

This company is a real scam! Everytime i ask them about my order PO5133796 they are lying about the requests they sent to airlines,but when i called to airlines they confirmed that there are no any requests from OneTwoTrip. I called again to OneTwoTrip and ask for the request number and responsible person who sent the request or other proof, confimation but they are lying again. If you are sending the request why you do not want to share the information with the client, maybe because you did nothing and lost my money i paid you. Since 01Dec when i initiated the flights change they did nothing at all. I did their job and found the flights i need, they just need to pass this info to airlines, but they did not do even this easy step. My flight to South America costs 1700 USD is almost missed. I have no tickets, no money, nothing.
I'm the owner of small travel blog and i officially informed all my followers never buy the tickets via OneTwoTrip, stop this scamers and keep your money away from these robbers and scamers. i hope it helps travellers to pick another agent and do not trust OneTwoTrip.

To be honest I didn't know OneTwotrip when I booked my flights. I was so concerned to have my flights cancelled through an agency with the Covid situation.
Not only they were quickly assisting,but also picked the phone every time and the process has been simple and with them being very kind and helpful every time. In this case, I did all the process with Dimitri, which I say thanks again for his work.

My flight was cancelled. First time I had this situation and I did not know how to solve it.I contacted directly airlines but they refused to help me. They said that the only travel agency can do it. then I contacted onetwotrip they changed my flight without any problem.
their customer support (through email) is extremely fast.
through phone they support the only in german. which is so bad. and there are a lot of numbers ( regarding by country ) but one person answering all of them.

I purchased a ticket but the flight was cancelled.
So I was calling 'OneTwoTrip' (which should really be called 'OneTwoScam')and was talking to customer representatives who were repeating like robots that the agency was overwhelmed with requests and we must wait. I'd asked them numerous times to send a request to the airline for a refund but 'One Two Scam' never did. At the end, I just called the airline who told me that 'OneTwoScam' has my money so they would be the ones to make a refund. BUT THEY NEVER REFUNDED THE MONEY. This is their strategy! BEWARE! My only hope is that these scammers won't survive the covid economy. Because lying to people and keeping their money is the lowest thing a business can do.

We booked return flights from Prague to Brisbane in February and due to COVID-19 parts of the trip were cancelled by Etihad.We requested a full refund on OneTwoTrip's booking portal, but never got a definitive answer, just automatic emails telling us the agency was overwhelmed with requests and if we were flying in more than 10 days, the request wouldn't be prioritised. There is now 3 days before our flight to Australia was supposed to take place and still no real answer from OneTwoTrip. The only thing they told us was that they are waiting to hear back from Etihad about our refund. We called Etihad Airline ourselves (as quite clearly OneTwoTrip doesn't actually have a customer service), and the Etihad agent confirmed that the money is with OneTwoTrip and there is NO confirmation needed from Etihad Airline. All their partner agencies are fully aware of Etihad policies regarding cancellation and COVID-19. The policy in question is outlined in the 'Australia, Canada, EU, Switzerland, UK and USA COVID-19 Commercial Waiver' (can be easily found by running the query 'Australia, Canada, EU, Switzerland, UK and USA COVID-19 Commercial Waiver' in Google) which stipulates that full refunds are permitted for cancelled flights scheduled to fly from the European Union. Still nothing from OneTwoTrip. Terrible (non-existent) customer service, terrible agency.
[In response to OneTwoTrip's reply]:
We were on the phone with Etihad this morning (they actually pick up their phone and talk to their customers unlike OneTwoTrip) and they told us (I quote) "They [OneTwoTrip] did not pay anything to Etihad in regarding your ticket", and the money is with OneTwoTrip. I have the recording uploaded on my SoundCloud if you google 'jivana hunt soundcloud'. Would be good to know who actually has the money, and who will refund me, and when. You can feel as sorry as you want, but unless and until you give me a call, reply to my emails and sort this out, to give you even one star is an overrating.

Flight canceled 2 months ago, still no refund

After my flight has been canceled due to Covid-19 in the beginning of March, I still can't get my money back from this company.
The flight company (Utair)is saying that they already transferred money to OneToTrip, but OneToTrip is lying to me for 2 months already, that they are still calculating the refund amount (most be very hard to calculate probably)
Update: Received an update about my refund, saying that I won't get my refund in observable future, since the Airline Utair supposedly changed their refund rules (Utair does not confirm this information).

I’ve been using onetwotrip for a long time now. About a year ago I decided that traveling with them was the most comfortable option for me.It’s cheap plus constant booking provides you with bonus system you can use as a discount. I’ve never contacted the custom support since I’ve never had problems. And even though lately I had to contact them everything went nice and easy so I would like to thank everyone who took part in the solving process. A while ago I’ve booked a trip to a country that is under quarantine now. We were supposed to fly with a bunch of friends so all the booking was on me. Eventually all the flights were cancelled so we faced the refund problem. But we got an answer with all the instructions from custom support very fast.
We were refunded in a week. Although those from our company who booked their tickets themselves somewhere else are still trying to get their money back)
So huge thanks to onetwotrip and their support system – I personally work with international transporting so I understand how hard it must be for them working with clients now.
