They cannot give stable internet due to a modem issue. The solution would be another type of modem,but they don't have this. They agreed that I can then cancel the contract, even though the duration is not yet past. However, they accidentally put in their system that my problem is resolved. They then cancelled my contract cancellation request without letting me know this. I found out when I asked why I had not heard from a contract cancellation yet. Now they opened a new ticket before proceeding to cancellation again, and there is no way to speed up this process.
I've been trying to get rid of them for 5 months now, and they keep making mistakes, which makes it that I can't leave.
They may be the cheapest, but they have the absolute worst service and process I have ever encountered in a company in this sector. I would not recommend Online.nl to anyone ever, please be warned!read more

Finally, I have stopped using this internet provider. I would never advice to choose this provider.I just called their customer service and told that due to the problems with my home internet (Online.nl) our mobile phones randomly switch to mobile 4G connection; and because of this problem I paid more than a hundred euros extra to my mobile internet provider (even though I have 10GB mobile internet). So it is a long lasting connection problem. The answer was that they don't guarantee a stable internet connection to their customers. Without checking their connection, customer service preferred to assume that the problem may be caused by some funny environmental reasons (i.e., an electric wire around my home). When I asked why they don't check it if it is a problem in their signal or modem, he offered me to send a technician, who will cost me €60 euros.
At the end, I am happy to switch to another company at a better price.read more

The worst experience I've ever had. Equipment that does not work, even though they were aware of the issues.Contract has been terminated but they keep on charging money from my account.

This company is terrible! Customer service is by FAR the worst I have even seen. The waiting lines are absolutely unacceptable.You spend waiting 30min+ to get your turn.

Had a problem with the modem setup, they sent a technician, was solved fine. Speeds were in line with what was promised,ping was 8msec however finding best connection with speedtest takes forever for some reason. Connection isn't as stable though as was Ziggo cable. Connection drops a few times a day. Now the bad. Online was supposed to take care of cancelling Ziggo. Two weeks after my contract was supposedly ended I got billed, and it became clear they had not taken care of that after all. With only telephone correspondence available I asked for a conformation email of what was discussed, that they would take care of it, and I would send the Ziggo bills to them to be reimbursed. Mail never came. Week later the same again, a promise to set things right, a promise to send a mail, never happend. I could have cancelled Ziggo myself but that left me with the feeling it would hurt my chances of getting some form of compensation. Three times in a row Online broke promesses made, so I decided to cancel my subscription. This time I did get a mail, informing me I would be billed for the entire year but disconnected next month. So I'm stuck with 42,58 first month plus 11 x 34,- plus at least 2 bills and quite possibly 3 from Ziggo @ 62.45 for a total of 541.48 Euro's for two months of internet. I'll see them in court I guess.read more
