I have no words. I ordered two items and the money were withdrawn, but I never received a confirmation e-mail.I contacted them by mail four times, asked them on Instagram and Facebook, but no reply. You can’t call them, because there’s no one to call. As well as no chat service. I ordered my clothes from only.com/ no, but when I contacted them on Norway’s ONLY page it was wrong. If I ordered from their Norway site, surely they should be able to help? I am so frustrated right now. It feels like I’ve been scammed. Update:I’ve been in touch with customer service. I wanted a refund because it’s been taking ages. No help there... And I still haven’t received the package or gotten a refund. It’s been three weeks.

Disgusting treatment by ONLY, I ordered a jacket from this company and had to return it as it was nowhere near the size it stated to be (Ref 9517784143),I waited 3 weeks for refund (site states 14 business days!), no refund, sent an email to customer service (as intructed), I have now waited 6 business days (states 3-4 business days, no refund. I am a first time customer (and this will be the last time I use your company!!). If no refund communication is issued by close of business Tuesday 4th May 2021, a registered post airmail complaint letter will be going to your CEO Ander Holch Povlsen in Denmark (I don't care about the cost, I will then be seeking the refund and compensation for all the hassle your company has put me through!). Also, if I do need to send this complaint, I will also be contacting the London Trading Standards Office (as I understand your offices are based in Shoreditch in the UK) about this practise for advice and guidance. I made an honest purchase and paid for it in good faith, your company has a returns policy and I followed the instructions fully, you are now keeping my money when you have no rights to. I fulfilled my obligation and am no longer in possession of the purchase and I have waited two weeks longer than is stated on your refund policy. I don't want ANY excuses, I just want my refund that I am duly owed!!! Update 4/5/2021 I have today received my refund after writing this review, I am pleased to receive the refund I was duly owed but if 'only' ONLY had issued it in the timescales stated in their returns policy.

Zero communication whatsoever. I’ve emailed you twice regarding my refund but no reply.I have messaged on instagram also and no reply. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks now to hear anything about my refund. my order is 9517451677. It’s been so long now that my Hermes tracking number is no longer valid.

Very poor after service!!! I purchased a puffer coat and returned it after 3 days via Hermes as it wasn’t what I was expecting. Despite being told the refund would be returned within 14 days,nothing has been repaid despite it now being 5 weeks since I returned the coat. I emailed Only last week via the website and have not even had the courtesy of a reply to my email from Only. Be wary of any company that wants your payment straight away but doesn’t like returning it. Rosalyn Whay

Sadly since the Brexit exit this store has conveniently stopped telephone contact for UK customers.If you order from them beware: due to having to try sizes and return items that don't fit, will now cost you in terms of bank or credit card interest as you will not get a refund for a long time . In fact I don't know if I am going to get refunded. Many companies appear to be holding on to customers money for a long time_ mountain warehouse was the same. They are large corporate companies and can afford to refund. they earn interest off our money remember whilst we loose it! I wont be using them again. These large companies are milking the Current situation! A bad online presence is not going to help them, so it is best to rate your experience Asap to stop this. Recent Update! I have finally heard back from this company and have a refund. Thank you... but please make it easier and quicker next time!

Not worth the risk of not being refunded!

Decent prices and I like their clothes but never ordering from them again as it is simply not worth the hassle if you (like most people)purchase multiple sizes or colours and plan on making a return. Made a return on 24th January. Waited 14 business days, heard nothing, contacted customer services who said I had to wait another 2 weeks until they would even open an investigation with the carrier. Replied informing them I wasn't happy to wait another 2 weeks potentially with no update and asked that this investigation be opened immediately. No response since and I am unable to request an investigation from the carrier myself as they state this must be done by the retailer. Clearly their customer service advisors do not understand consumer law, which states that customers must be refunded within 14 days of the date goods were returned (which has already been evidenced to them as I have provided proof of postage). They owe me almost £70 and if they truly have not received the parcel, they should be taking this up with the carrier rather than with a customer who will now not be returning. EDIT: Completely unhelpful response given that the issue is that their customer service advisors do not bother to reply to emails.

A step above (maybe) a scam: After ordering an item of 600+ chf the shipping date keeps on being delayed,after two months customer service very rudely refuses to cancel the order despite the possibility being clearly stated in the terms of service. Stick with Digitec, there is no reason to deal with these people, and don't trust their shipping times.
