Agents should be more serious about getting airlines ticket.its shattering when they cancel the ticket when your flight is tomorrow and you are set to take a flight!! Do not trust this scammer. They just keep lying to you and cancel your flight just before the day you are flying and steals your money and won’t return it to you.Please if you want to save yourself don’t use this scams and get yourself into trouble and into big issues. I wish i would able to give them 1000 tomatoes instead of a stars. I can’t forget how painful it was i have to fly that day somehow but I can’t and every talk i had with them doesn’t make sense they even didn’t tell us the reason for cancellation.read more

I only gave one star because it will not allow me to give zero. I purchased tickets through Oojo,due to change in visa process I was not able to fly. Qatar said my trip could be refunded or rescheduled but I would have to go through the travel agency- Oojo. I am 20 calls in and Oojo says they can no longer refund because I rescheduled with Qatar which Oojo advised. So I paid more to reschedule, then needed to cancel for covid, Qatar would only refund the extra I paid them!! Oojo says call Qatar they can't refund anything, that Qatar will have to, but Oojo is who I paid Nobody will refund my money. BEWARE!read more
