I have been trying to get a refund for an item I sold on eBay since August. Because it went on for so long,open dispute through eBay, PayPal, Hermes and then back Packlink to be told that it is has passed the 28 days. So disappointed, I refunded the buyer, provided the tracking number and no one has help me.read more
PACKLINK WRITE.ASK FOR TRACKING NUMBER WHEN IT'S IN FEEDBACK TWICE. DOES ANYONE READ AT PACKLINK,STILL NO REFUND FROM 9TH MAY.

you can see by this odd message above packlink do not read trust pilot notes. as my feedback shows the ebay tracking number. so who read the trust pilot replies on trust pilot feedback.. for them to send the message above, below shows the feedback i left .so i consider another feedback is warranted as packlink still have not sent my refund form may 9th, yet they reply to my feedback with a nontalent message. asking to to submit the track number. ..

ebay0020691668.....on 9/10 may i purchased post with packlink, its was paid .packlink took
7.86 form my paypal account and ebay took 7.86 pence tax. within seconds of buying the label. would not print 40 mins later going round in circles to cancel and ask for refund as label would not print. cancel and reprint or start gain i was asked. nothing worked all to no avail so opened a case on paypal. its now 15may. no reply from ebay .paypal or packlink, disusting attitude from packlink, wrote again today on paypal. still no reply. BEWARE beware beware. thank god i take screen shots of every aspect on packlink site. when will i get my refund. it gets worse. within that 48mins its said on packlink site my tracking number given by packlink did not exist. PLEASE TAKE SCREEN SHOTS OF EVERY ASPECT ON PACKLINK,OTHER WISE YOU WILL HAVE NO COME BACK WHEN YOU WISH TO SERVE THEM PAPERS AS I WILL BE DOING AGAIN TO GET MY REFUND. it gets worse i,ll write the next aspect of it tomorrow. ebay0020691681. please do not ask me to telephone you pack link as its impossible to liaise with you once you taken any funds of anyone. its clear you ignore paypal channels. yet you take my funds from paypal. i have photos of every aspect of packlink process. so please don't say the track number does not exist.read more

Sender beware of misleading information when using EBAY UK and PACKLINK. When selecting a postage service on EBAY and selecting a parcel courier,EBAY will give you the options of selecting a service. In my case I selected PACKLINK 1 day service with weight and max length well within my package requirements. However, EBAY only states MAX length, in my case.
On producing the label for my package I was taken to the PACKLINK site, and as I have not sent many parcels, PACKLINK states the same Max Length as EBAY, but then adds MAX Length + circumference. Since my parcel was a square box, and not round I thought this did not apply to my parcel. There is no explanation given for these terms on the order form.
5 to 6 weeks late I receive an invoice for an additional charge of £12 (rip off) since the parcel was outside dimensional limits, no explanation given of why I had incurred this charge.
I have now opened a dispute case with PAYPAL, as the invoice did not clearly explain the dimensional checks required in detail.
Its amazing that courier companies like DHL and UPS will not accept a damage claim, but can implement an additional penalty charge without hesitation.read more

Bogus oversize parcel charge made over a month after parcel was delivered. Absolutely certain the parcel was well within the size limit,but one month later, no chance the recipient Will still have the box to enable photos to be taken as evidence. A total scam!read more

Purchased delivery by Hermes via Packlink. Hermes claimed parcel was to damaged to deliver,returned it to their depot. I have replaced items via Royal Mail. Although I have insurance and carriers have admitted damaged and returned undelivered, no compensation yet. Its the second loss I have had no compensation from packlink.
It's an ongoing battle, no one takes responsibility. Now more than two months, it would be no stars if Trustpilot would allow. Use other carriers, you have been warned.read more
