To say that it's been a dreadful experience would be an understatement. Everything they could do wrong,they did wrong.
First off, they took ages to dispatch the boots. One operator said Purolator was to blame and another that they had recently moved their stuff to a new warehouse. Contradictory and false.
They never provided me with a tracking code until after receiving the package. How useful!
As I unbox and take a look at the boots I notice right away the Pajar metal badge on the side of the upper is missing. They were a pair of Vascos by the way. I put them on and they are huge! Their size chart is completely off! I checked that a million times because I had to have them shipped overseas and wanted to avoid bullsh!t like this! The boots were 3 centimeters longer than what stated. Ridiculous.
I let them know and they offered to send me a badge I can apply on the boots myself. Fvcking absurd! Oh and a 10% discount as if was going to buy from them again...
I said I wanted to return the boots and get a refund. The customer service said they needed to contact the higher ups to get permission for the return form and a return address. It felt unreal as this took a week of soliciting.
They finally email me this return form that you must fill carefully with an authorized code (which also needs to appear on the box) and other information otherwise they will not issue a refund. Of course I had to anticipate the return cost (that PayPal thankfully refunded me).
They receive the package and I let them know it's been delivered because they didn't bother to give confirmation. They said everything is ok and they will proceed with a refund. Too bad they only go back to sleep again and I have to pester them again. At this point they tell me they're going to refund me by the end of the day. Guess what? They don't.
After the weekend I contact them and they don't even respond (probably because they are butthurt about something) so I call PayPal and file a fvcking complaint against them. The day after they finally issue the refund and the nightmare is over. All of this lasted 40 days.
Steer clear from this company. The items might look good quality but I think they are still overpriced and it's totally not worth the headache.
What a waste of time.

On Black Friday 2019, I decided to make myself a Christmas gift and buy "Pajar Mens EXO LIGHT NYO Winter Boots" on overstock,which attracted me with their cool appearance, waterproof and the ability to keep feet warm up to -30 Celsius. When I chose the size, I open the official website of the Pajar company, I measured the length of my foot (~26 centimeters), and made sure that the site indicated that 26 centimeters corresponds to 42 EU size. I bought it on overstock from the seller BHFO. What was my surprise when the shoes arrived to me from the USA to Moldova, that the actual size of the insole of the shoes was about 27.5 centimeters. The shoes, meanwhile, it was stated EU 42/Japan 26... And of course, the shoes were dangling on my leg no matter how much I tightened the laces. When I realized that my Christmas was ruined, I tried to return the shoes to the seller, and get compensation for postage. The seller didn't immediately agree to reimburse the cost of postage and get the shoes back, but after I provided all the evidence of the marriage and contacted overstock support, he agreed. At the same time, I wrote an email about this problem directly to the Pajar, I was happy to help with information about this problem directly to the manufacturer. The fact is that on Black Friday the price of the boots on overstock was $160 while on the Pajar site they cost $275, and of course, I was happy to get a discount from the seller for what would still buy these shoes. And when Pajar support responded to me after a fairly long period of time, they said that since I am not in North America, they would like to know how I see the solution to this problem. I told them that I would be happy to get a discount that would eventually buy my own Christmas gift ($275 for me is an incredible price for shoes). In addition, I told the support that I use mail forwarding service to buy things in the USA and send them to me in Moldova, so it is not a problem for me that Pajar sends purchases only to the USA and Canada. And then I was told that I can use the mail forwarding service to purchase on their website. At this point, I was confused, because I had just written exactly that to them. Then I asked them to re-read the first message where I describe my problem and try to find a solution to this problem. And then they stopped answering me.
Dear Pajar I liked these shoes, and I was sorry to part with them due to the fact that you have problems with the size. But my main motivation wasn't to write to you for a discount or free shoes. I wrote to help you. Because if you have problems with dimensions at the factory, you should know about it. I am disappointed that I was treated as an unimportant client and that I was left without a gift at Christmas.
