Cannot cancel a reservation. When booking the hotel plus airlines they post the reservation through a third party and calling the company you end up on hold for over an hour (still waiting).Terrible customer service. Cancelling online does not provide your money back. You have to fill out a refund request that doesn't even look real.read more
Mexico was excellent, Dominican Republic was extremely poor

I would love to give them 5 stars as hotel in Mexico was magnificent. Customer service, food,everything was the highest level. But year later we went to Dominican Republic (only because of our amazing experience in Mexico) and it was a total let down. People smoking in SPA, unfresh food, stale bread, dirty pools, bird’s poop on chairs in the restaurant, clogged showers, lack of shower gels, many restaurants without A/C.
But we loved Mexico Palladium so much! Such a shame DR was so poor. We wanted to visit Jamaica one but not after our experience with DR.read more

Poor service, when we arrive our toilet was blocked, so we had to change room. The next room the toilet ranked of urine every single day.And am pretty sure they spike my friend drink. Coz we were on the beach , the bar tender insisted that he will bring my mate drink to us we were drinking the same thing but she seems as if she was on something else, and that’s not like her.read more

We are 10 years regular guest at the Palladium Palace Hotel in Ibiza. This year, we had a bad experience.A lot of the staff has been replaced by less competent and less frienly people. Everything has become impersonal and a procedure and rules. Everyone at the reception and guest desk moreover has his own interpretation of these rules and say something different.
We arrived 9AM and the hotel room was only at 4PM ready, luggage got lost in the hotel. Good food, but the nice decorations at the buffet are gone. LED Candles on the dinner tabel are nice and would even be nicer if someone would bother to light them. At the poolbars no more coffee, at the sport bar long waiting cues to order something.
Everywhere litter on the floor. Even broken glass on the restaurant floor.
It's a pitty. The hotel probably is the victim of it's own succes.
A problem with the neighbours making a lot of noise at night was verry fast and correct solved biy security. Nice.
We came to relax and this is not relaxing!read more

BAD POINTS: After looking at the photos on the website, we decided to book 2 weeks at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort and Spa in Jamaica.It was nothing like the photos and the customer service there is TERRIBLE! The staff are prejudiced and only treat you with respect if you are white! Not to mention that everything in this place is Mexican orientated down to the food! It is a place for retired people as lots of retired people were there and it is pretty boring for young people! People visit Jamaica for a Jamaican experience not a Mexican one! The food was always cold and you have to walk really far to get to anything plus there are no lifts so if you are on the 3rd floor it's pretty bad for you! I regret booking this hotel as it was awful! Didn't live up to the photos and when I complained at the reception the assistant manager Christina said she would get back to me but didn't. I waited 20 minutes for her in the reception and she never came out or even rang my room.
Do not be fooled by the photos, it doesn't look that way in the flesh, everyone i spoke to said it was "awful" and they "regret" booking. Shoutout to the Scottish couples, London family and Canadian family if you are reading this.
GOOD POINTS: Lloyd (breakfast buffet) was a great waitor, he got my mum some hot tea when no one else would and his level of service was always excellent. He treated everyone fairly and was always humble and respectable. Javin the shuttle driver was also very humble, helpful and respectable.
The beach party on Mondays was really fun.
