To update my review from a few days ago, nobody answered to me. I had to buy a separate package for another 3 devices as a result of the auto-renewal which I never agreed to.I have been a client for more than a decade and I do not think I shall return. Shame on you Panda for the non existent customer support and tactics!

I was with Panda for about 30 years. I really liked them and their software. I would still be with them if it wasn't for the Anytech people you have to deal with for support.Not only are they inept at what they do for Panda, they also are very insecure with my personal information. Since dealing with them, I have gotten lots phone calls, messages and e-mails. The latest say they have billed me $499.99 for a premium support license and I need to pay it. NOPE - didn't order, in fact, last time I talked with them I told them I was cancelling my Panda. They are the worst choice Panda could've gone with for support.

April 23, 2021- Panda Cloud Cleaner rendered my production computer unable to logon to Windows again,and I am left with the only option of reinstalling the OS and potentially losing a bunch of data to keep using my computer. Searching the internet with search text such us "stuck a windows logon after using Panda Cloud Cleaner" results in entries reporting this problem as early as with Windows 7. They should not only warn customers of this potential very serious pitfall but also by now (Windows 10) ensure this would not keep happening, even when as their technical support cavalierly excused the problem as "it only happens to a few customers" out of the millions they serve. That is a very sorry cop out offered to someone who now finds himself having to reinstall Windows, facing the loss of crucial data and wasting in the process days of work trying to restore the system just because I unwittingly trusted this company. BE AWARE that using PANDA SECURITY could represent the end of your desktop as you know it. I wish someone would have warned me.
