Parkster offers a service that allows you to manage your parking ticket through your phone. You have the option to do so by app, text message or interactive voice response (IVR). Our vision is to make it simple, fast and accessible to pay for parking - for everyone, everywhere. Companies can benefit from our service in different ways. One is that we can collect all parking fees on one invoice. So rather than having each employee submit an expense report with receipts every month, the administrator can simply add them to a company account, making parking so much easier. The other is our reception service where the receptionist can save the guest or employee time, and offer a better service, by registering the parking for them. Here you have the option to actually pay for their parking, or charge them later on. For parking owners, such as municipalities and property owners, who would like to start using Parkster, in combination with or without parking meters, we offer very beneficial solutions so you can save time and money. For example, we have our own customer service department that is very appreciated by our clients, and we don't charge you anything extra for marketing the service in your area. At the moment you can use Parkster in over 400 cities in Sweden & Germany. Our head office is located in Lund, Sweden & we have a regional office in Munich, Germany.
