Paypal let the criminals get away and must be stopped.
My mother was recently scammed by Hampers Germany - a company that purports to sell luxury goods,however deliver anything but.
As the transaction was made with Paypal, we assumed that being (what we thought was a legitimate online payment service) my mother would at least get her money back.
After a lengthy dispute, Paypal informed my mother that the scamming company was not in the wrong, because they delivered the goods even though they weren't what they said they would be!
In the hamster my mother ordered:
Moet & Chandon - they delivered 1 EURO sparkling champagne from the supermarket that was undrinkable
Gourmet coffee - they delivered 4 Nescafé instant coffee sachets
Luxury Bavarian salts - they delivered 13 cent salt from the supermarket
A section of fine meats - they delivered a packet of salami flavoured milk substitute
The list goes on....
Paypal are standing my this scamming company and I cannot believe they are getting away with it.
An investigation into Paypal needs to be happen immediately.

Attention! PayPal protected cheaters! I gave them all the evidence that the store where I shopped are scammers(perfect evidence,just everything)and they did not accept my dispute! I'm moving to Klarna. At least they are honest.

Paypal blocked my account to inquire further info - which is reasonable. BUT I submitted all documents they required and every time a new customer manager requested for another info.At the end I faced technical issues on the website, it showed me a blank page where I was supposed to fill in data and the last 3 managers confirmed exactly the same that all required info seem to be gathered and completed - but it never got solved at the end! The hotline-employees do not appear to know what they are doing.. at least they are friendly.
But eventually, PayPal is still one of the most important payment channels nowadays, so I guess there is no other option..

Really bad service! We have a business account and they are blocking our own money!How should you run a business if you don't have access to your money?? The service who should solve the problem is really bad. Furthermore the exchange fees are enormous high!

Paypal endorse chinese merchants and they work together to deceive buyers in Germany!Once you have placed an order in EU (Switzerland, în my case), soon you'll find out the seller is from mainland China and your order is coming from there!
PayPal knows about these cheating methods chinese vendors are using and they actually agreed in cheating good faith buyers from Europe, being convinced their order is processed locally, not in China!
I haven't received in 2 weeks since I placed my order no confirmation email or message from the seller PayPal endorse and love that much. I submitted about 17 emails to the seller and no feedback... ultimately I notice an email from PayPal where I was informed my order has been shipped with FedEx today! WHAAAAT?... I called PayPal's Hotline-Service and they weren't able to speak in english because they are insufficiently prepare to help others than germans, even though they charge your bank account since the money is not language based! Both sides, chinese and PayPal are thieves and I urge you all from the deep of my heart to quit doing business with both of them, especially PayPal Germany who doesn't empathize with buyer's needs and they do not protect his money! I'm appalled and angry at the same time, how did this happen anyway?
Because of PayPal, who is in beyond all these and mocking buyers, charging them exorbitantly in fees but delivering low quality services!

PayPal has been charging me exorbitant international conversion fee is without my awareness or consent.Their appeals process is so cumbersome, that they assume I’ll give up on seeking justice. Through the covert international exchange fees, they’ve stolen about $100 from me over several transactions, some thing which would be cost prohibitive to resolve through there “customer support“ interface. Paypal represents the complete lack of interest in the customer. They sell us the protection factor and it’s a complete lie.I had varios cases and I was never helped. They don’t act to protect you, they allow the other party that did it wrong to decide. I will not use Paypal anymore, I am suck of them, trash service!

Pay your customer support more so you can teach them how to treat your customerswith more respect and to actually read the messages they send you instead of having 5 different customer support agents hand off the case without ANY communication! We get it customer service sucks I really do have a lot of respect for the bs y’all have to put up with but there’s no need to provoke people and ruin their days with your snide attitude and disparaging, disrespectful remarks. worst customer service ever
