No product, no support but they took my money anyway

Worst company ever, I tried to purchase a pro license for PDF Architect but the credit card procedure seemed to fail,I let it run for over an hour just to find it still hanging which was when I tried to refresh the page. It then gave me a notice I already paid which was true because the amount was deducted from my credit card. However, I've never received a confirmation nor a license code or a download link for the software.
Upon requesting support it took them 4 days to answer and all I received was a generic message saying they are under heavy work pressure which I can respect. Though it has been over a week now and I still have no answer or a license key and I haven't received any money back since then. Absolutely dreadful experience.

Licence money not refunded despite promise / thieves

I bought a licence and wan not satisfied. I asked for a refund because, if you are not satisfied,they promise on their website that they will provide a refund. This is not true and the employee is leading me up the garden path by delaying the refund with excuses: 'you will receive a discount when you help us improve Architect-PDF', etc. I really just want my money back! It seems a criminal organization to me and I will tell all my colleagues and everyone who wants to hear, NOT TO PURCHASE A LICENCE HERE!

Will Not Uninstall

I worked in the PC industry designing motherboards. I've installed and uninstalled software hundreds of times.Only a handful would not uninstall when asked to. PDF Creator, version 4. 2. 0, on Windows 10, is one of them. It gives an error rather than uninstall. It was a fresh installation. There is no excuse.

The pop ups asking to upgrade showing every day are annoying, today it minimized my game and slowed down my pc.I used it once for school, but finally uninstalled this annoying pdf architect ?

Do NOT trust PDF Forge - bad customer service and billing

I recently had similar experiences as others reported in their reviews. I purchased PDF Architect 7 about a year ago.It came up for renewal, but I wasn't notified in advance. After getting billed on my credit card, I checked online and found there is no way to turn off automatic renewal. When I purchase software, I never give the provider a chance to auto renew, but when I originally purchased there was no opportunity to opt in or opt out. When I contacted customer service, they politely said they would not refund my money but said they'd be happy to give me a discount on an upgrade. I was always unhappy with the software functionality and hated the regular advertising pop-ups. Stay away from this company.

Could be a good program..except I cannot begin to describe the level of crap encountered when buyingthe CONVERT module and trying to get it running on multiple PC's in an Active Directory Environment (i.e with admin control)...The Login with Google option is still broken 5 years on as well...And as to adding users to the account? Budget several days if you are no on USA time. Seriously what idiot programmers are in charge of this? Get it working guys as I'm sure its a great product.

Purchased PDF Architect Pro and every day I am getting pop ups to purchase the next level up.The software is very spammy although it has great features. I needed to get some support and you are referred to another site where you are asked for your order number or last four digits of your CC. I paid by paypal and I cannot find my initial order number so I cant login so I cant get support. needless to say I have cancelled my next renewal.
