I sent a perfect iPad... they offered 260$. Sent it in they switched to 50$!! What a scam.Said it had screen damage. So now I’m gonna get my iPad back with screen damage. Cool.

Pfft... I should have read the reviews before I sent in my macbook pro. They offered me $460 then I sent it in and then reduced the price by $300 for some screen issue.I never had a screen issues in the past but once they get their hands on the laptop it has screen issues. They entice you with money and have you send it in poor packaging so when it arrives its damaged and they can chop down your price... Then if you're unhappy with the price they send you back your laptop but now its broken. Great business model. Apple should revise who they do business with. Also the customer service department left a lot to be desired.
(EDIT) After emailing the company with the email from Chadwick they were able to review my laptop and stated that the problem was a delamination issue that was considered "physical damage" but was a manufacturer defect. After this review they reprocessed my full payment. For this I give them 3 stars. I'm happy with the revision of my payment however it would be nice to not have to go through what is essentially an appeal process. Thank you Phobio and thank you Zakiyah!
