IF you want to be treated like a criminal buy from this company

I wanted to buy more sex toys so I decided to buy another Joyboxx, a specific sex toy box.I couldn't find it anywhere near the price I paid years ago so I contacted Joyboxx, that then RECOMMENDED Pinkcherry.ca to me. It has been a nightmare from both companies ever since. Joyboxx does not deserve customers as they didn't care at all except they didn't want to hear about it. They took no responsibility for their recommendation and that includes upper management. Pinkcherry.ca's website accepted my order but then instead of a shipping notice, I was sent a suspected fraud e-mail and that my order was cancelled. I wrote them and contacted my credit card company. The fraud dept of my card assured me the purchase was approved and nothing wrong on their side. I have an excellent credit rating, for the record. Anyhow pinkcherry.ca then implied it is my address on my account. I used this account several times before and my address is still correct. I tried the purchase through PayPal as it was first advised with the suspected fraud e-mail. I did not want to use PayPal. Same thing happened. The company is refusing my orders due to my flagged account. They are treating me like a criminal. I just bought toys elsewhere weeks ago but they don't sell this toy box. I wrote Daniel Freedman, the CEO and left him a phone message. All has been ignored. I also wrote the president and no response as well. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Buy elsewhere unless no choice.

Terrible Shipping

I ordered a handful of items off of their site, everything seemed fine, until my package never arrived.They said they would launch an investigation about the missing products with UPS and they agreed only to ghost me. I've been running in circles with their emailed customer service. Even in the same email thread god forbid they keep the same rep. And they dont reread the thread. Its also the same bs excuse of "check everywhere" like ups is actually gonna hide a package like its an easter egg. Waiting to hear back about a refund because I doubt even with a detailed "where I'm located" note, that i will actually get the item's I ordered Update: customer rep said that "only 6 business have passed. Contact us back on tuesday. We should have word by then" They completely ignored the fact I stated I wanted a refund knowing that i wouldn't actually receive my package (WHICH HAS ALREADY BEEN MARKED DELIVERED EVEN THO I HAVENT SEEN IT) Needless to say I'm heated and pissed.

Paid $30 for fast shipping and never got my package. Took 2 days for a response. They promised that it was sent but were going to send it again.I told them that I didn't pay $30 to get it two weeks later and asked for a refund and they gave me a full refund. Wont be buying from them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. They double charged me on a 200$ order and I cannot get a hold of anyone to even rectify this.Terrible company and I will never spend my money there again.

Product I purchased was defective and failed on first use. Two e mails to customer service were not even acknowledged,much less substantively responded to. Worst possible customer service. Will not deal with this store again.

They sent me defective products, this is why they always seem to have sales, they buy broken products for resale. My first product wouldnt charge,and the second replacement product had scratch and skuff marks all over it.

The first time buying from this company and it was a mistake should have never switched companies theyhad gave me the wrong size I politely messaged them and asked to return it for another one it's never been opened at all yet they still would not let me exchange it for something else I think it's pretty messed up never opened it so why could I not switch it for something else I didn't ask for my money back I asked to exchange and they would not allow it so with that being said I will not never purchase from them again because that's not okay I spent $30 on something that's still in the package an not able to use... And I buy toys at least two a month normally me and my husband love to play... So I could have been a real good customer for these guys but I got screwed literally

Ghosted and out $140 - defective products!

After receiving a defective product I paid $140 bucks for I reached out to their customer service who agreed to exchange it.One month later I receive a replacement. Still defective! They promised to give me points to make up for it and told me to throw the defect out. They put 1400 points on my account (which is $14!) so I reached out several times to resolve. They haclve completely ghosted me and now I have NOTHING ffor $140 I dished out.
