Had a test scheduled. The morning of the test, received an email that it was cancelled.After over one hour on hold, was able to reschedule for the following day. The following day, showed up at the testing center and there was a note on the door saying the center was closed for the day. How do you manage to stay in business?

Worst scheduling provider ever. They rescheduled my CFA Exam one month before the exam date to a different Location in a different country (in Covid times.I already had confirmation for my spot in the original testing location. Now they sent a new one without any reasoning. Support couldn't explain why test center was shut down. Couldn't offer me any rescheduling options. Incompetent people there!

WOW THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I was trying to license for life insurance back in February,it is now May and I spend about 40 hours a week on hold and talking to disrespectful operators, representatives, and "supervisors" if that is what they call themselves. No professionalism or help, none of them have any solutions or answers and most normally laugh at me when I ask a question. I told one person after so many hours that I was done and they crushed my dreams of licensing for life insurance and they said good, they laughed and hung up on me after being on hold for 6 hours. wow awful, the government will pull their contract with this company soon enough, this is as bad as it gets.

Absolutely awful from start to finish.
I booked my exam then had to reschedule (as allowed) it took 14 days,multiples calls, emails and getting the company I was taking the exam with involved to be able to do this, shocking
Day of exam, waiting over 30 minutes for a proctor. When finally connected he gleefully told me I couldn’t take my exam as I had a dog in my room. I’d have to put it outside (in the torrential rain) as “even a goldfish in the room wasn’t allowed”. When I questioned this he then visibly put himself on mute and pretended that I had lost connection.
I sorted another space to take my exam so I had no pets in my room, waited for another proctor (over 45 minutes) and eventually was entered into my exam, by this time 1 hour 45 minutes later than I was scheduled to start. All was going fine until my pc 2 hours in restarted and did an update with no warning. Now this wasn’t proproctors fault, however without the delays, my exam would’ve been done and dusted well before this.
Also, there’s no way to contact them for support from their website. Only webforms they ignore.
Any company using them for their exams should seriously reconsider

ProMetric / ProProctor is awful. I took a day off work to do some final studying. Logged on to take my exam an hour early.Due to endless bugs and glitches, I never got to take my exam and had to reschedule. I used 2 perfectly up to date computers which met all of the specs. At one point I provided full remote access to one of their tech support team members who was completely unable to get the software to function. At one point I made it as far as to get matched with a proctor, but because her audio wasn’t working, she sent me back to tech support for a problem that was on her end. Now I have to go to a testing center, spend more time studying, and waste even more time. ProProctor simply sucks.

If I could give them 0 or minus star, I would. This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life.Terrible, incompetent people. They screwed up my scheduled time and Ispent over 2 1/2 hours on hold hoping to get it properly rescheduled. No one comes to the phone, they put you an endless loop. Had to hang up. So no test, no customer service available by phone, by email it takes over 7 days and yet to get a response from them on other matters. How they are in business, I do not know.

I wish I would have read the reviews before signing up for remote proctoring with Prometric.This was the worst test experience I have ever had, If I could give 0 stars I would. I was supposed to start my test at 9:30am, I logged in 10 minutes early. When the test proctor came on my screen he said that they have a different name on the registration. It is impossible I had my authorization to test and my ID everything matched. I was then sent in circles, to their customer "care" department. First to a chat, then to a phone call. I was on hold for 50 minutes before speaking to a person only to be told that there must be a mistake from the test sponsor. I am very frustrated. I have spent months preparing for this exam and it is not easy to get the time off from work for something like this. If you can avoid Prometric for testing please do so at all costs. Just read the reviews the majority are negative. What a waste of time.
