Shocking!! the worst customer experience

Absolutely the worst customer experience. 1 month later and I am still missing my refund.I purchased some clothes off their app and was sent completely the wrong items. I contacted customer and asked what to do, they told me to send back the wrong items and then they will refund me for my items.
I returned as told. 2 weeks later, still nothing, no confirmation, no money , no update. Tried contacting them and they told me to wait.
A month later, today, I contacted them and they said there was an error processing my return. That they will sent it to the corresponding team and will contact me in a few days with a solution.
Still yet again, no solution, missing my money and very poor costumer team.
They ended my conversations when I expressed my frustrations with a ✌️Sign. Which I think is extremely rude.
Still waiting money , still waiting for a solution.
Will NEVER shop here again nor recommend to any family or friends. Absolutely shocking !!!!

I have never ever had a worse experience with A company in my life. Tired to place an order which failed on their app,checked my account, money was pending to leave, called customer service and they assured me it would stay pending for a few days and then go back into my account which was fine. Next day I checked my account again and the money was taken! Which I had been assured on the phone just the day before would never happen as ‘there is no order associated with my account and we never take the money until the goods have left our warehouse’ which is obviously a complete lie. So I’m now nearly 3 weeks on and have had nothing but rude customer service emails, rude and unhelpful people on the phone (I can’t even ring them anymore as it just cuts off) I opened a case with PayPal in order to get my money back, which by the way is over £100 which I’ve now been without for weeks and should never have left my account. Pull and bear finally responded to my emails and told me they’d located my payment and told me I had to close my PayPal case before they could refund me, this is totally false so I asked them to explain to me why I would do this; to which they replied one single line - ‘in order to receive a refund the case must be closed’
I have not heard from them again since despite sending numerous emails, this was over a full week ago. They have not responded to my PayPal case, I have since spoken to PayPal who were also shocked at how the company are choosing to handle this and having seen all my evidence have provided me with assurance I will get my money back, unfortunately it looks like the company are complete scam artists and are going to make me wait the full 30 days of the PayPal case in order to issue a refund. They are nothing short of fraudsters and I would urge anyone to think twice before trying to make a purchase with them. I barely ever leave reviews, I feel so strongly that everyone should hear this as I’ve NEVER believed a big company like pull and bear would behave like this. I’d seriously consider contacting trading standards.

Ordered from the website with no issues, fast confirmation and easy to use. Paid via PayPal.
Very speedy delivery (ordered Saturday and delivered Tuesday - was a bank holiday Monday).Great products, nicely packaged.
Returned two using the link on the confirmation email and processed through the website. Again, simple to use.
Dropped off parcel and have received refund within 2 working days.
Was really apprehensive after reading other reviews but cannot fault the website or the jeans I kept. Would happily use again!

Two months ago I ordered three items of clothing. A few days after ordering I received a FedEx tracking number.A few days after that I received notice that the shipment was cancelled by the sender. I contacted customer support and told me they were 'looking into it' but did nothing. A month after I ordered, I finally received another FedEx tracking number and this time a package actually arrived. Except it was missing one item that I ordered. I contacted customer support again and they told me 'they were looking into it'. One month later and nothing has happened - no response at all. I am still missing part of my order with no help from customer support.

AWFUL AWFUL experience! Trying to return a dress as their idea of a size M is about a size 6!They've sent me a QR code and sbowed that I can return it to a post office (in the UK). However when I get to the post office (I've tried 2 different post offices now) they say they don't deal with that sort of QR code. However Pull and bear don't say anywhere on their website where to return the blumming thing!????? Can't believe companys get away with this fraudulent behaviour. It's not even poor service, its just completely lacking of any service!!!

honestly, im really disappointed. I love pull and bears designs but that the only good part about them.I am a sporty size 12, i ordered a L pair of jeans which were way too small, however i loved the design so ordered an XL something that i found mentally painful to do. with this new order i also bought a skirt 2 dresses and a top. the Skirt fit nicely until i realised that the zip was broken-before id even put it on. the dresses which i also ordered in XL were bad quality, one of them was far too big and the other fit alright- apart from the fact it had a stain on the front! the new jeans in an XL had button whole too small for the button so it took me ages just to undo them so that i could try them on- what a joke! the clothes smelt plasticy and weird. this being said, i am also to blame because i should have known that something with a price that cheap isnt going to be good quality! please please please shop somewhere else before here- do not waste your time and money. id also like to mention that this is the first review i have ever done and it is not like me at all- disappointed
