This company is stealing money from customer by selling them something they dont even have ready 8month now I expect to receive my laptop I comment their video of unboxing on youtube warning other customer for not beiing scammed, and they keep deleting my comment to hide it.

I can't say whether it's legitimate or not, but the company does not keep any of its promises. I ordered,and paid, for the product in November 2019 with a promised 6 month lead time. The delivery date has of course been missed (by a country mile - or more precisely, so far, by 8 months). That by itself is not so bad, as this is a startup and they've had the coronavirus to contend with. However, what is bad is that I got an express e-mail telling me that phones for customers in my batch were shipping, I further received a direct personal message from a company representative in November 2020 telling me to choose my modem and my phone was ready to ship there and then ... and now, e-mails to the company are bouncing, support is ignoring my private messages, and messages in the forums are telling me that people who pre-paid for their phones 2 years before me are yet to receive a confirmation of their delivery date & to extrapolate my own delivery date from that (what? 2 more years to wait, are you kidding me?). That is starting to have a very bed smell to it. Even a struggling startup - if it is legitimate - should respond to their customer e-mails and keep its promises - if you can't keep them, don't make them! In addition, this is supposed to be a privacy focused phone, but when I was asked to choose my modem, the only options made available to me were Chinese-designed and Chinese-owned chips. That is not what I paid for!

So I would like to write the 1rst review on this company They take your money providing fake informations saying that your product purchased will be send early Q4,and at they don't want to refund you when they plan to ship it in December. They re definitely scammer, they currently stole me 1400USD and don't want to refund me, I NEVER accept to wait till December F*** PURISM
