My partner loves Rag & Bone but be…

My partner loves Rag & Bone but be smart about purchasing. Riding the pre-Christmas Black Friday & Cyber Monday sales,Rag & Bone plays dirty. All purchases that are on sale are *final sale* no returns/exchanges. This is a pretty dirty scheme when they know at this time of year 90% of these purchases are Christmas gifts. I bought 7 pairs of pants for my partner all in her size. 2 of the pairs fit completely different than the rest and are almost two sizes too small! Now, I understand the terms of *final sale* however, two pairs of pants are manufactured completely off on size. The two pairs are not discontinued, they are still retailing in the store and online.. All I'm asking is that they allow us to replace them with whatever size fits but they are stone cold that they are final sale. *Wondering if the pieces the sold me on sale are defected as there should be no issue with a straight up exchange with something that is not discontinued. Again, I think they have a great product for Women.. just shady business practice when it comes to sales. No returns is acceptable.. no exchanges... DIRTY! Now we have 2 pairs of pants over $300 that are of no use.

VERY UNRELIABLE WITH DELIVERY

Reviewed on 2016-10-31T18:07:34

I placed my order on Oct. 28 (a Friday) and paid for next-business-day shipping, expecting the package to arrive MONDAY (Oct.31), my wife's birthday. I've just been told by Rag & Bone's telephone helpline that the package won't get here till Nov. 1 (the day AFTER my wife's birthday) because I placed my order "after the cut-off point" for delivery on Oct. 31. But I placed my order during business hours on Oct. 28, not at some outlandish late-night time! I'd like to express my extreme dissatisfaction. There was no indication on the order-page of any cut-off point, no warning that I needed to place an order by "x" time in order to get the package the next working day. All there was was an invitation to spend more money on shipping--which I did--in order to receive the package on a desired day: i.e., the next business day. Needless to say, I am very unhappy at not having a gift for my wife to give her on her birthday. Correct and responsible business practice should have had the company's Web site indicate to a prospective shopper that he had timed himself out of the next-business-day option. Had I known I wasn't getting the package on time, I certainly wouldn't have ordered it. I feel cheated, ripped off. I am not likely to shop with them again, so my suggestion is really for the benefit of other customers. Rag & Bone: Kindly set up a sort of time-warning system on your order page. Otherwise, you are guaranteeing yourselves unhappy--and, therefore, lost--customers. Companies should take particular care when they fail to fulfil "rush shipping" options. It doesn't take an Einstein to work out that people usually pay for rushed delivery because they need to receive the package in time for a special occasion. Lateness RUINS everything. [I'd like to point out that their Helpline was courteous. TrustPilot's 1-star rating makes automatic reference to "unreasonable and rude conduct." That wasn't the case here. But it was an "unacceptable experience."]
