I ordered a raincoat to the UK that got stuck in customs (Brexit). I'd tried to track the package myself but it was really difficult to understand the shipment details.I can't remember what service it was. Contacted RAINS CS and Ida got back really quickly. She explained that the shipment was stuck and that she knew there was a long delay due to Brexit, and then gave me options. I decided to ask for a refund and go direct to the RAINS store in London. Refund processed straight away. Ida's fab, RAINS is great.read more
