Out of stock on mugs for months. I check weekly. I even sent an e-mail to Customer Service,but have not heard back yet. Uses COVID/CDC Guidelines as an excuse for poor service. Well, folks, the show must go on! If this is a properly owned veteran establishment, they ought to know that you stay until the mission's complete and not blow sunshine up everyone's butt with excuses!

SLOW. I placed an order on December 12 and paid for extra fast shipping hoping they would be here before Christmas.Not only did we miss that date but have not received anything since. Now it looks like it won't be here until the 30th or after. Even with a custom print, this is ridiculously slow. I only hope the reviews about quality are wrong.

Ordered long sleeve rash guard American flag shirt on November 30th & contacted via email on the 15th & ask if I could get a refund if it wasn't going to make it by Christmas.No response but they created shipping label next day & it didn't actually ship till 18th & didn't receive till 26th.Shirt was really small for a medium.Graphics were ok.not impressed for a $57 shirt. Slow shipping & poor customer service.Not recommended.

Quality down and price up. Have been buying their products for nearly 8 years and sadly two of the most recent shirts screen print were falling off after less than 5 washes.Inside out, delicate cycle. The one shirt was apparently close to a year old (but had only been worn 5x, husband is 24 years active duty infantry and didn’t wear it for many months) and they would not replace it, only a coupon code. They lost a long time customer. Disappointing!
