I would have given zero star if there be any possibility. Worst experience and pathetic customer service.I booked 2 tickets from Delhi to Kanpur and I selected the boarding point from Kashmiri gate, I received a phone call from bus provider (intercity) he said that you need to come to anand vihar in order to board the bus, I denied him, I said why would I come to anand vihar when I have select Kashmiri gate as my boarding point, he said that there is no other option and if you want to pick up the bus that's the only option you need to follow, I didn't picked up the bus because of his arrogant tone and tried calling the bus operator customer service where I've been told that I am gonna get refund for the inconvenience, from that time I am trying calling both , the bus provider and the red bus but there is no resolution. If I will not getting my refund back be ready for some legal action. 9599025023

I have booked through redbus but on reaching bus stand the operator on bus stand said that your redbus is cancelled.so i took ticket from bus stand and completed my journey. when i call redbus for my amount reversal, they said that the bus was not cancelled. they never provide any enquiry numbers. their coordination from the bus stand is zero. I personally suggest Please don't book through redbus.

I booked 8 tickets from Digha to Kolkata (Snemita Paribahan) on 8th December 2019 Booking id: TNCX672333150and TNCX111277793. On the day of the journey I was told that I will receive a call from the bus operator with the details of the bus and other boarding related information. I never received any calls from the bus operator or Red bus..I kept on trying the numbers mentioned on the ticket but no one responded. This entire mess went for more than an hour resulting in missing the bus. I also tried to cancel / reschedule the ticket using their app but it did not happen either. Later I had to book another set of 8 tickets in another bus departing at night. I raised few complaint tickets with Red Bus customer service (Req id 12001318, 12001331,12041639. but no resolution was given by Red Bus customer care. I received couple of calls from Red bus and after I described the incident to them the representatives told me that they will speak with the concerned operator and call back with the resolution. Its been 3 days I am still waiting for a call back from Red Bus. As per their app they guarantee a 12 hour resolution to your complains or else they claim that they will compensate you with Rs 25 per hour post the 12 hour window. This is a totally fake promise which is now clearly evident. I have already lost Rs 3000 approx for the tickets for which I was unable to travel.

I had worst experience with Redbus application today. I booked one bus ticket with reservation from Pune to nasik on 25/06/2019 at 9.51 am.Bus didn't come at the location even. Every time I asked every bus that is this yours bus reservation but every bus driver was not ready to pick me. And I had to pay again by own and travel to nasik. They have not given any option to refund or cancel ticket at that time. In Redbus application they have not mentioned the bus number and bus driver contact details. Because of this trouble I faced, I had to cancel my return bus ticket as well.11:57 AM. I went to Redbus people,and they don't care of their customers, I found. They asked me to go at their main office which is 25 km away from my location. Why should I travel 50 KMS to get 250 rs refund..? If I paid the amount through net banking. We bought the ticket on the site redbus.in from Agra to Delhi. We were an hour before the bus departure to Amar Indigo Travels.At 14:00, the departure time, the bus doesn't arrive and the guy at the reception announces that the bus will be 1 hour late. After an hour of waiting, we still don't see the bus. We are still waiting 1 hour. and here the guy tells us that the bus is full and it will not come. So the bus has never come and the guy refuses to pay us back. He tells us that we have to ask for a refund from the Redbus. The problem we couldn't ask refund on the site since before already exceeded the hour of departure of bus. In short, we lost the day because the bus didn’t come and we lost the money

I have booked a ticket from Udaipur to Jodhpur (Thursday, 27 Dec 2018). My ticket number is TMCX94278169,and this is the first booking I've made which is on 4 December 2018. But the system has cancelled my booking 6 hours after that and I have received an email regarding the cancellation. First of all, I did not CANCEL any of my bookings. And Redbus only refunded 80% from the total amount!!! And today I made another booking (TMDC49128601) and they CANCELLED IT AGAIN even after I communicated with their customer service to not cancel my booking. And they only refunded 80% from the total amount. This is totally unacceptable and I can say this is how they cheat their customers. They are so irresponsible and totally a fraud.

I have booked a ticket from Singapore to Hat Yai with RedBus. The money the were deducted from my card,but I received an email that the bus was cancelled by the operator and that I would get my money back if I provided my details for a refund. I did just that, sent several emails to RedBus and called them two times, but all in vain! It’s been 10 months ago and I haven’t received my refund. RedBus, if you consider yourself a legit company and not a bunch of thieves, refund me my money and don’t give me your standard reply. Ticket MY17CF3636906 and support ticket 103885929. ******** Redbus, please reply on my email. I have asked your support team to send me a confirmation of the refund transfer from your bank.
