Purely awful company. I wish I read these reviews first. So I've had previous trouble with the company but long story short I had $40 left in the account and needed a domain,so I went back to purchase it there and use my funds. I signed in and had a notification about an unbelievable promo on .co domains. So I bought one. It clearly said on the checkout, total cost $13 (from $40). I paid for it and continued to search for the domain I originally came for. That's when I notice the entire $40 is gone. Long story short again, I contact them and they explain they I was seeing a cached version of the site and I'm not actually entitled to the promo price. I even was able to show them how I was still being shown the promo price at checkout. In my 20-years of online shopping, I've never experienced such a blatant scam and ripoff. The annoying thing is that, they admit the fault on their end, they actually have this promo available (for users who 'opt-in'), so if they had even half a brain, they would just honour the price as it's their blatant mistake. But no, they refused to honour the price they showed and sold me.

Don't fall for these people. Worst reseller hosting that I have used for the last 10 years.I signed up with them on a reasonable reseller package amount. Now all of a sudden they almost increased their price to 40% of their original cost and put me in a situation that we cannot cancel this as it a reseller account and I have many clients on my Cpanel. In addition, they would not support any PHP 7- accounts. Not even through htacces option. Now decided to go for other reseller options. Good bye resellerclub.com
