Is negative stars an option? As a now former highly loyal RNR customer, I have simply been trying to obtain a full and complete refund from RnR for over 18 months now,in relation to a cancelled race of theirs that I paid for in full in advance. I have contacted them over 79 times now via multiple communication methods, so far to no avail. All other event companies and organizations across the globe that have had to cancel events have rightfully offered their loyal customers full refunds - it's high time RnR did the same. It's very distressful for my family and I, even more so during these extremely difficult COVID-19 times, when we are all just trying to make ends meet and put food on the table.
