What does Salvo La Rosa Psychotherapy and EMDR do?

Hello, my name is Salvo, I am a UKCP registered, MBACP, integrative psychotherapist and trauma therapist based in the UK. I work online on Zoom to help clients get unstuck and overcome the impact of past life experiences. I work both in English and in Italian. EMDR or Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy is one of the modality I can offer that works particularly well to resolve traumas, anxieties, big or small, and to help whatever bit of information is 'stuck' in the person to find its natural resolution. Here is a video if you would like understand more about it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pkfln-ZtWeY It can be helpful even when there aren't big clear event traumas but a variety of distressing situations, sensations, feelings or memories or different touchstone moments in the past when we learnt something negative about ourselves as a result of a difficult life experience, for example that I am not good enough, I am unlovable, I am weak or some other painful belief. It can be used with the past, present triggers and future fears. I work in a relational and holistic way and I integrate mindfulness, creativity and the body in the way that I work. I offer a practical and focused approach to therapy to help clients achieve the goals they want to achieve and work on whatever is stopping them from achieving their full potential.
