what a JOKE! you complain about not receiving a sample, and they yell at you,complian you use too many !or ? marks, and say dont you EVER contact us again! They have your ip addy and will block it. Customer service? I don't think so.

Not the best send off after a decade together…

Sent me an invasive and snarky email when I requested data deletion:
"We don’t process automated requests like this - you should not use them - as we have no idea who is sending them.You should also be very careful about giving these automated services full access to your email account like you have."
By the way my request wasn't automated (it was a boilerplate letter from my email address- I used the service 'Mine', which ironically has a much higher trust rating online than SampleSource does).
Anyways they told me to request my password and go into my account to unsubscribe (they actually said "Just like most other websites, to delete your account, go to the unsubscribe page. Ours, just like most other websites, is at the bottom of the homepage. "), which I did no problem. I have moved to the UK and have many North American accounts to deal with, I want to shut them down for my own peace of mind so I used a service to start the process, which is a totally OK and normal thing that I should not be getting rude emails about, in my opinion.
In any case, it's a shame. SampleSource was good, I was with them for a decade or more, but I guess recent reviews here on TrustPilot indicate a change, and so does my experience. If you need to close your account down, don't use a service lest it offend them.

Disgusting excuse for a company. I got blocked by ten on Instagram because I kindly gave the idea of maybe limiting it to one box a year so those why miss out,get a chance at receiving one. And they damn well blocked me like a bunch of immature teens. I will be taking this to the higher ups and further do I have to. Disgusting excuse for a company.

Absolutely horrible, I have signed up for this since 2018, every time they say "free trials are here" i sign in they say there is no more available,well great because you just posted like 2 minutes ago and you're telling me that there's none already? It's been 3 years now and they always say there's no trials available at the moment... what a joke

When i opened box i felt like a kid at xmas
The generous amount ofsamples were GREAT
The snack puffs were really goid they had a good taste and very satisfying
Carefree liners worked well
Cooling spray
And moisturizer as well
